00:00Welcome to The Conspiracy Show. My name is Richard Sarratt.

00:12What would you say if I told you that the Apollo space program,

00:16the lunar landing in 1969, the space shuttle program,

00:20were all window dressing designed to distract the public,

00:24and all the while there is a parallel secret space program

00:27developing and utilizing technology generations ahead of our wildest dreams.

00:33All this is going on with little or no government oversight.

00:37Even the President of the United States apparently does not have a need to know

00:41that such a secret space program likely put a man on the moon,

00:46even bases on the moon, a generation before Neil Armstrong in 1969.

00:51Or that such a program has already achieved interstellar travel,

00:55anti-gravity, even conquered light speed.

00:58We're about to meet, among others, an aerospace historian

01:01who says he has documented proof that the U.S. military

01:04has created space vehicles equipped with anti-gravitic devices

01:07that are also capable of light speed.

01:10We'll hear from a physicist with insider information

01:13who says the U.S. military has most likely back-engineered

01:17field propulsion technology from the site of a crashed extraterrestrial vehicle.

01:22And we'll get a skeptical perspective from a physicist

01:25who says although these claims are fascinating,

01:28they're not grounded in good science.

01:30Me? I just want the truth.

01:31And I'm willing to follow the truth wherever it may lead.

01:35It is time to redefine reality.

01:38I'm talking about a level of technology that has no congressional oversight,

01:57no public scrutiny.

01:58There are a whole series of aircraft that the public has no idea that actually exists.

02:03And if you work in one of these projects and the president gives you specific details

02:08for that program and asks for the information,

02:11your mandatory reply is to be,

02:12Mr. President, no such project exists.

02:15The people that work in these Black Ops programs are told to lie to the president.

02:27Absolutely.

02:28The Black Ops program in general has had a Black budget.

02:32It's called a Black budget, essentially, by the Pentagon.

02:35And essentially, it's an unaccounted for expenditure by the Pentagon

02:45to mostly a group in the Area 51 S4 area that has a blank check

02:52to develop whatever they like, keep it secret,

02:56and never disclose it even after decades of work.

02:59Electrogravitic, antigravity.

03:01We're talking about magnetohydrodynamic.

03:03We're talking about aero spike, linear aero spike propulsion systems,

03:08something that you would never see at your local air show.

03:12He's right.

03:13And as you explore more and more of the Black Project community

03:16and you try to glean what little facts we know about their behavior,

03:22with literally $30 billion being sent to them now,

03:26where it was only $15 billion before the Bush era.

03:30Still, that's an incredible amount of money.

03:33And it's hard to spend that when you're a limited, tiny group.

03:37Back in the 50s, the newspapers were filled with reports

03:40that the U.S. military were close to a breakthrough

03:44on some sort of field propulsion technology or antigravitic technology.

03:48Then in 1959 or thereabouts, all those news reports stopped

03:53as if there was a blackout.

03:55What can you tell me about what they were researching

03:57and what they may have discovered?

04:00Well, the 1956 reports from the U.K. Aviation Studies Limited think tank,

04:07which is still in existence today,

04:09particularly targeted electrogravitic systems.

04:12That was the phrase they used to describe the work by Townsend Brown.

04:15And the interesting thing is, just a quote from them in their report,

04:22they claim that Townsend Brown was predicting a Mach 2 saucer

04:26from electrogravitics, which is an electrical means to control gravity.

04:31Antigravity shouldn't be confused with things like levitation

04:34that you can achieve with magnets and other lifters and things like that.

04:39Those are not antigravity devices.

04:45So there's no link.

04:47When you see someone using a magnetic levitation device

04:50and saying they're canceling out gravity, that's not possible.

04:54Well, it depends on what your definition,

04:57what you think antigravity is.

04:59Is antigravity permitted under general relativity?

05:08Antigravity is permitted under general relativity

05:11because general relativity just describes a warping of space and time.

05:16If you warp it in the right direction,

05:17you can have something like antigravity.

05:21There are thousands of employees at the Skunk Works right now,

05:25and we have no idea what's going on there.

05:28They're building something.

05:32From my own investigations, I know that there have been deep space platforms

05:37in outer space long before even they are going to the moon.

05:42The one incident that I wanted to recount to you is my interview with Frank Ferguson,

05:53where he tells me that his father was instrumental in working on a deep space platform in 1957.

06:01Looking at how long ago this has been put into play

06:05makes me wonder what in the world we've got out there now.

06:09Tell me a little bit about Skunk Works.

06:11Skunk Works was founded after World War II,

06:14and they started making the most incredible aircraft that mankind has ever known about.

06:20The U-2 spy plane, the SR-71, the F-104 Mach-2 aircraft interceptor,

06:26the F-117 stealth fighter, and then a whole series of aircraft that we don't even know about.

06:32There are thousands of employees at the Skunk Works right now,

06:35and we have no idea what's going on there.

06:38They're building something.

06:39Actually, I hesitate to go into too much detail

06:42because, unfortunately, everything that I would say would tend to be unbelievable.

06:48So what is this one, Michael?

06:49This is the Boeing Phantom Works Bird of Prey.

06:51It was declassified during the Bush administration.

06:54This did fly at Area 51.

06:56Looks somewhat like a UFO.

06:58I could see how someone could mistake that for a UFO.

07:00Absolutely. Here you see the Pulsar, or Flying Pumpkin Sea Demonstrator.

07:05So, essentially, Richard, what they've done here is they've got four turbojet engines buried within the fuselage of this aircraft,

07:12pushing it across the sky at about 12,000 miles an hour.

07:15That's Mach.

07:16That's somewhere around Mach 12.

07:20It can get from Los Angeles to Hawaii in about 15 minutes.

07:26Dr. Chang, current physics says it's impossible for a body with mass to travel at the speed of light.

07:32Can this speed limitation be overcome in the future, do you think?

07:37Do you think it is conceivable at some point in the future?

07:42I don't think so.

07:44The requirement to have this exotic matter in order to make it work, no one's actually found what this stuff should be.

07:54This would have to have ways of bending the laws of physics that we know of in order to allow this to be possible.

08:02You can make a plane not only appear invisible to radar, but to the human eye.

08:07Absolutely.

08:07Is that operational?

08:08It is operational.

08:09They are using electrochromic panels to electrically transfer what is in back of the aircraft up to the forward section of the aircraft,

08:18thereby allowing it to blend in with the background, making it invisible.

08:21This is the A-12 Avenger II.

08:24This is a joint McDonnell-Douglas General Dynamics program,

08:28an all-weather attack aircraft designed to replace the A-6 intruder.

08:33Is there anything you can show me that employed anti-gravitic technology?

08:35Oh, absolutely.

08:37How does this aircraft fly?

08:39In a nutshell, what we're dealing with here is a high-voltage electrical charge,

08:44which is fed into this 12-foot diameter Tesla coil.

08:47Once that happens, there's a magnetic field that forms above this craft in the form of a toroid donut.

08:54And by way of this rheostat device,

08:56the pilot had the capability of overlaying those field lines onto these capacitor plates, Richard,

09:02causing pitch, yarn, roll, and that's how the vehicle flies.

09:05Lightspeed?

09:07And better.

09:08It looks like a UFO.

09:09That's a flying saucer.

09:10Aero space giant McDonnell-Douglas is developing aircraft that will look and fly like the UFOs in the X-Files.

09:17So here we go right here from Jane's Defense Weekly.

09:20It's definitely U.S. military.

09:22They actually confirmed as the craft flew overhead slowly with no sound.

09:28They videotaped the underside of it, which actually had some U.S. markings on it.

09:33Are you suggesting they were, in fact, developed through back-engineering UFO propulsion systems,

09:40maybe retrieved at a UFO crash?

09:42The only thing I can comment on that, Richard,

09:44is the probability that something along what you just mentioned

09:48may be a codename called Snowbird or Snow Sparrow,

09:52and that's how I'll answer that question.

09:54Well, to answer where they got the technology, it's open to speculation.

09:58But in general, back-engineering of captured craft tends to be the most popular theory.

10:05So nine years before Neil Armstrong landed at Tranquility Base on the Moon,

10:10we already had the technology to get there using anti-gravity.

10:17We have main engine start and liftoff.

10:22Liftoff of the 25th Space Shuttle mission, and it has cleared the tower.

10:26Challenger, go with throttle up.

10:29Challenger, go with throttle up.

10:36Astronauts have died participating in the Gemini space program,

10:40the Apollo space program, and, of course, the shuttle space program.

10:43It sounds to me, based on what you're saying,

10:45all of these deaths were unnecessary

10:47because they were the result, by a large measure,

10:51of rocket fuel explosions.

10:53We don't need rocket fuel anymore if we've already achieved anti-gravity.

10:59That's exactly the point, Richard.

11:01What we're seeing in the obsolete dinosaur space shuttle

11:06is a tragedy to the highest extreme.

11:09The Nazis were using liquid rockets before World War II.

11:14Why are we still using it now?

11:15This is just incredible.

11:17I can't believe we're still using it now.

11:19It's completely obsolete.

11:22Who's ever in control of this technology?

11:25Why won't they share?

11:27Okay, Richard, let's consider January 28th, 1986.

11:31The Challenger exploded.

11:33Do we have the technology, or did we have the technology,

11:36back then, to avert that tragedy?

11:38Absolutely, because the research and development

11:41going into anti-gravity propulsion systems,

11:45atomic-powered spacecraft and aircraft started in 1955, Richard,

11:50and by 1960, they made the breakthrough.

11:52So nine years before Neil Armstrong landed at Tranquility Base on the Moon,

11:57we already had the technology to get there using anti-gravity.

12:00Well, I don't even think it's a NIF anymore.

12:04I think we do have anti-gravity technology.

12:06It can't be released because we've got to finish this crazy era of fossil fuel,

12:10oil, and so forth.

12:12It's being controlled.

12:13What might an anti-gravity device look like?

12:16If I knew how to build such a device,

12:19I would certainly be a very wealthy astrophysicist.

12:23I mean, we're many, many, many years away

12:26from even getting close to that level of technology

12:29and knowing how to turn those equations into something real.

12:32If someone has a eureka moment

12:34where they make a breakthrough with this, studying this technology,

12:38maybe it can be a great money-making opportunity,

12:41a nice ground-floor investment opportunity.

12:44Suddenly, their incentive for giving up this secret goes even lower now.

12:49Think about something like Roswell,

12:55where it is said, and I happen to believe,

12:57something came down

12:58that was not manufactured by human hands,

13:02technology that was very exotic.

13:04So now, pretend it's 1947,

13:06and you're the president of the United States,

13:08and you are now informed

13:09that we've recovered some very exotic technology.

13:13What exactly would you do with it?

13:15Does one really think

13:16that they would want to share something as exotic as anything?

13:19Alien technology with the world?

13:21I doubt it.

13:22I seriously doubt it.

13:23What I think they would do,

13:24I think the most logical thing,

13:25is Truman would gather together his top advisors,

13:28and he would say,

13:30OK, let's get a handle on this.

13:32Let's figure out what we're going to do here.

13:34Your job is going to be

13:35to see if private industry can study and replicate some of this.

13:38Your job is going to be to manage the media

13:40and the academic community and scientific community,

13:42and your job will be to find out

13:44how bad the public panic might be,

13:46and so forth.

13:46All of the logical questions,

13:48I think,

13:49that we would ask

13:51were asked.

13:53And what that meant is

13:54that the secrecy over this technology

13:57became very, very

13:59deeply secret

14:01and ensconced

14:02within the clandestine research world.

14:05UFO historian Richard Dolan

14:06has posited that the technology

14:09that the elites,

14:11the super-rich,

14:12have at their disposal

14:13almost constitutes

14:16a separate civilization.

14:18Would you concur with that?

14:19I would absolutely concur with that.

14:21They have their own

14:22intelligence-gathering mechanism,

14:24their own financial-gathering mechanism,

14:26their own air force,

14:28their own navy.

14:28It's a completely rogue international group.

14:31Absolutely.

14:32There is such a secret space program.

14:34There is so much proof

14:36that there is a major cover-up.

14:39So you know that this is real,

14:42and then you probably have to be

14:44on NASA's wavelength

14:45and say,

14:46how are we going to tell the people?

14:47There is no mechanism

14:49for just coming out

14:50and doing disclosure.

14:52There is a gentleman

14:53by the name of Ben R. Rich,

14:55who was the former head

14:56of Lockheed Skunk Works

14:57between 1975 and 1991.

15:00He passed away in 1995.

15:02Just before he passed away,

15:04he told a good aviation friend of mine,

15:07quote,

15:07we have things flying

15:08that are 50 years beyond

15:10what you could possibly even dream of.

15:12If you've seen it on Star Wars

15:13or Star Trek,

15:14we've been there,

15:15done that,

15:15or decided it wasn't worth the effort.

15:17First of all,

15:17you've got to understand,

15:18well, these men,

15:19when they're older

15:20and in deathbed testimony,

15:22are giving us clues

15:24to not only is this real,

15:26but how far the back engineering

15:28has come along.

15:29Gordon Cooper,

15:30let's remember him,

15:31he tried so hard

15:32to get NASA and the government

15:34to talk about this.

15:35He's a test pilot.

15:36He saw a landing.

15:38They filmed the landing.

15:39He's an astronaut.

15:39Well, there's many ways

15:43you could interpret that

15:44and I particularly,

15:47at least at some point

15:48in this interview,

15:48want to cite that

15:49I'm still a part-time government employee

15:51and nothing I say

15:52reflects the official position

15:54of the government.

15:55But that opens a whole can of worms

15:57that you could talk for hours about.

15:59If we've already attained light speed,

16:02does that mean

16:03that we already have colonies on Mars,

16:07the moon, distant stars?

16:09Well, think about what Ben Rich said

16:11and he stated that

16:11we now have the technology

16:13to take E.T. back home.

16:14So I'll leave it to your discretion

16:16what that might mean.

16:17This secret was not about the aliens.

16:20It was not about panic

16:21all over the world.

16:22It was about protecting

16:23a technology

16:25that did not use fossil fuels,

16:29a technology that was very sophisticated

16:31and it came,

16:33I will even tell you,

16:34it came before 1947,

16:36the Roswell crash.

16:38You have so many thousands of people

16:39working on something like that.

16:40The whole thing is just colossal.

16:43I don't know how someone

16:44could keep something so secret.

16:50For those that are suggesting

16:52that after 60 years

16:55of funneling money

16:58into various black ops programs,

17:00that the U.S. military

17:02has been able to construct

17:05this parallel secret space program

17:07in which they are, in fact,

17:10developing antigravitic devices.

17:12They are developing propulsion systems

17:15using zero-point energy.

17:17They are achieving superluminal

17:19or light speed.

17:20What would you say to those people

17:22that make those claims?

17:23The question I would have for them

17:26is that given all this money

17:28and given the size,

17:30given the number of people,

17:32where is the evidence?

17:33You have so many thousands of people

17:34working on something like that.

17:36The whole thing is just colossal.

17:38I don't know how someone

17:39could keep something so secret.

17:42It's hidden in plain sight,

17:43so to speak.

17:44There are leaks that have occurred

17:46for over 60 years.

17:48They constantly occur.

17:49The problem is that

17:50the leaks are deniable.

17:52Government agencies,

17:53official government agencies,

17:54continue to say,

17:56no, we have no evidence,

17:57we have no proof,

17:58we have no...

17:59Meanwhile, insiders

18:00have continually leaked

18:03information out.

18:04It's every year

18:05there's more information

18:06that comes out.

18:07So the problem is

18:08how to get official government

18:09confirmation of these things.

18:11That's always the issue.

18:12Ask yourself this,

18:13what would constitute proof

18:15to you personally?

18:17There's a quote from Donald Rumsfeld

18:19just before 9-11...

18:20Correct.

18:21...in which he announced

18:22that there was $2.3 trillion

18:25unaccounted for

18:27within the Defense Department.

18:29Right.

18:29Was he referring to

18:31black ops money?

18:32I believe so,

18:32because the fraud,

18:34waste, and abuse

18:35within these special access programs

18:37has gone rogue,

18:38and there's no congressional oversight

18:40and no public scrutiny.

18:42We really need to examine

18:43these programs.

18:44We're dealing with military

18:47above top-secret military people.

18:50So it's a strange group.

18:52And of course,

18:52they're protected

18:53around Area 51 and S4

18:55by another paramilitary

18:57private organization.

19:02we've achieved light speed

19:04or anti-gravity

19:14have been siphoned off

19:15and funneled

19:16into these special

19:17black ops programs.
