Time to get the food, drinks, and vuvuzelas ready.

As the Republic Bank CPL bowls off in just six days, with six franchises battling for the coveted trophy.

And in between the men's fixtures, September will feature the Massy Women's CPL.

CPL Head of PR and Communications Peter Miller is reminding fans of the excitement to come in the weeks ahead.

00:00In just under a week, all eyes will be on the biggest party in sport.
00:05This as the 2025 Republic Bank CPL bowls off on August 14th
00:09between St Kitts and Nevis Patriots and Antigua and Barbuda Falcons at Warner Park.
00:14CPL Head of PR and Communications Peter Miller says things are in order for the tournament.
00:19We really hope that the Caribbean public will continue engaging with the Caribbean Premier League
00:24and come out and support the tournament.
00:27We really feel like we're blessed to be a part of the calendar
00:33and a part of the landscape of social events and sporting events that happen in the Caribbean.
00:37So hopefully people will be visiting cplt20.com or their local box office
00:41getting their tickets and coming out and supporting their team
00:44and showing the world how much fun it is to watch cricket in the Caribbean.
00:48The CPL runs until September 21st, which is the day of the final in Guyana.
00:53Miller says there'll be lots happening during the tournament
00:56including giveaways for fans.
00:59There's also going to be some really exciting stuff that we're going to be doing
01:03with our mobile phone app where we're going to be having light shows
01:06and the opportunity for you to have yourself using your phone camera up on the big screen
01:12and some other bits and pieces that we've got kicking around.
01:15So I think this year is shaping up to be really exciting from a fan engagement point of view.
01:21And on top of that, we're going to have some of the best regional artists performing at half-time at the matches as well.
01:28The Massey Women's CPL runs from September 6th to the 17th in Guyana.
01:33And Miller is encouraging fans to support the ladies as well.
01:36I really think that the WCPL is starting to grow in terms of fan engagement
01:42and then also in terms of the quality of the product.
01:46We're really blessed to have some of the best players in the world already coming from the Caribbean,
01:49the likes of Hayley Matthews, who's now a CPL ambassador and does a great job with us
01:54in terms of spreading the word in terms of female engagement in cricket
01:58and female participation in cricket.
02:00So that's really exciting.
02:01And then some of the overseas players that are coming this year are really,
02:05it's going to be really good to see some of them as well.
02:06You know, again, some of the absolute best players in the world.
02:09Some really exciting Indian players, which I'm sure will lead to even more engagement around the world with the WCPL.
02:16The WCPL has three teams, TKR, Ghana Amazon Warriors,
02:20and defending champions Barbados Royals, who won it twice.
