06:10But just honestly, this whole trip with the girls has really rejuvenated me and rejuvenated

06:24This trip has really helped me center myself and just really get a peace of mind.
06:29Before this trip, I was working, being a mom full time, and I just felt really all over

06:38And honestly, it's also helped me with, you know, finding my voice.
06:42And I feel like I was able to tell my friends my truths and things that I really feel when
06:47usually I don't always say how I feel.
06:50So I was glad that I had the space to be able to do that with my girls.
