Polmont Community Hub bloom

Polmont Community Hub is one of four UK projects shortlisted for the cash and now they are asking local residents to cast their vote to help them secure the funding.  The volunteers have big plans to transform a green space into a sustainable, inclusive hub for gardening, outdoor learning, and food-growing projects.

00:00This funding would have transformational benefits to the community. We could turn this into a

00:13beautiful space where everyone is welcome. We are starting lots of mental health and

00:20well-being initiatives and food groaning initiatives. We have ambitious plans for

00:25to maintain the playing areas for outdoor activities and we're very inclusive. We want

00:33everybody to have something that can come down here in the community and be

00:37something for everybody to do where they feel welcome and safe. We want everybody

00:41down here helping in the gardens and joining together as a close-knit

00:46community looking after each other.
