Shamar Joseph had a point to prove and he made it loud and clear.

After former Aussie wicketkeeper Ian Healy dismissed his performances as "crap all year," Joseph fired back with the ball snatching four crucial wickets for the West Indies.

That included a beauty to bowl Beau Webster, which he called the best delivery of his career.

00:00Some of the others think that over the past couple weeks, leaving from England, coming to St. Lucia for the first A-Team game, I asked to get some work in before the test match because my body needed it.
00:14And we're here for a 12-day camp, which was good for me all. So I had enough time to get my work in, hit my area consistently. And yeah, it was good for me out there.
00:23Are you happy with the length that you bowled today?
00:26Yeah, I'm very much happy because that's what I was working on, even in the practice games. I was working on that a lot. Being consistent, that was our work throughout this tour. Consistency is a big word for us.
00:36And that delivery there to Bo Webster, what are your thoughts on that?
00:41I probably think I won the best delivery I've ever been in my life so far. I was just trying to set up my over, trying to get the ball in the back of him because it's something that plays with his mind, looking for the ball to come back through his gate there.
00:54And that was something that, you know, we talk about a lot, playing our overs out as a young bowling group. And I'm just there trying to be consistent. Ravi, I must give credit to him because he was there with us, trying to make us do something and get more towards it.
01:10Bowl a lot of balls in good areas and that'll work out well for us.
01:13We'll see you next time.
01:14Bye.
