سرینگر (نیوز ڈیسک) : جموں و کشمیر میں 11 واں عالمی یوم یوگا ’’یوگا فار ون ارتھ، ون ہیلتھ‘‘ کی تھیم کے تحت پر جوش طریقے سے منایا گیا۔جنوبی کشمیر کے پلوامہ، اننت ناگ، شوپیاں اور اننت ناگ اضلاع کے ساتھ ساتھ وسطی کشمیر کے بڈگام، گاندربل اور سرینگر میں بھی منایا گیا۔ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ صوبہ جموں کے رام بن سمیت چناب ویلی کے مختلف مقامات پر خصوصی تقریبات کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔یوگا کے ان سیشنز میں سرکاری عہدیداروں، طلبہ سمیت مختلف طبقہ ہائے فکر سے وابستہ لوگوں نے بڑھ چڑھ کر حصہ لیا۔ ماہرین نے یوگا کے جسمانی، ذہنی اور روحانی فوائد پر روشنی ڈالی، جبکہ مقررین نے اسے ہمہ گیر ترقی کا ایک طاقتور ذریعہ قرار دیا۔
