00:00You famously sang, I'm just a little bossy.
00:03When was the last time you were bossy?
00:06Hmm.
00:12Hi, it's Taylin Biggs,
00:14Allison U is summer intern, and we are here on the set of...
00:17Okay, Taylin, we're on a tight schedule.
00:19I'm gonna need you to bring your A game.
00:21It's my first day, and I'm a little nervous.
00:25Miss Lohan, your cappuccino.
00:30Can we figure out the lighting?
00:35Up.
00:37Oh, two, nope, nope, down, down.
00:41A little up again.
00:45Perfect fit.
00:46I mean, I can try on the clothes, right?
00:48I mean, I am the intern, so...
00:50Taylin, did you send the invoices?
00:58Get me the intern, please.
01:00Hey, Taylin.
01:01So, bad news.
01:02The reporter backed out.
01:03The good news?
01:04You're interviewing Lindsay.
01:05But they told me I could take a nap after lunch.
01:06Um, we'll see about the nap.
01:07Okay.
01:08I actually prepped interview questions.
01:09Just in case.
01:10Lindsay, we've got our intern, Taylin, here.
01:11She's coming ASAP.
01:12Hi, Taylin.
01:13Let me give you a hand.
01:14Hi.
01:15Hi, Taylin.
01:16Hi.
01:17Let me give you a hand.
01:18Hi.
01:19Hi, Taylin.
01:20Hi.
01:21Hi.
01:22Hi.
01:23Hi.
01:24Hi.
01:25Hi.
01:26Hi.
01:27Hi.
01:28Hi, Taylin.
01:29Hi.
01:30Let me give you a hug.
01:31Oh, thank you.
01:32I feel like...
01:33No, I have to go out to the people.
01:34No, you can sit down now.
01:36I'll sit here.
01:41Lindsay, thank you so much for joining me today.
01:44Let's dive right in, shall we?
01:45Sure.
01:46You famously sang, I'm just a little bossy.
01:49When was the last time you were bossy?
01:52Hmm.
01:53I think I'm bossy at least once a day, but in a very nice way.
01:58Okay, yes.
01:59I have to say that.
02:00I have to relate to that, too.
02:02Like, personally, sometimes, like, when I'm a little bossy, it kind of relates to my schedules.
02:07Look at you.
02:08How do you pick a best friend?
02:12Ooh, I don't know if you pick a best friend.
02:17I think you kind of find your best friend.
02:20That takes time and understanding, and it's someone who's really there for you in the end.
02:24Absolutely.
02:25And the one that you can count on to be there and, like, oh, I need someone.
02:29And that's who you can go to.
02:31My mom and I love to do crafts, color, and love playing Uno together.
02:37So what is your favorite thing to do with your son?
02:40Ooh, that's so funny you just mentioned Uno, because I just played that the other night
02:43with my brother and my husband.
02:44Oh, really?
02:45I love Uno.
02:46And I won twice.
02:47I'm pretty good at it, but my mom is really good, too.
02:52It takes practice.
02:53It does.
02:54We like to run around.
02:55He loves to run around.
02:56And we do a lot of hide-seek.
02:58Hide and seek, but he calls it hide-seek.
03:00Oh, I love that.
03:01That is so sweet.
03:02What else do you like to do for fun?
03:05I think these days my idea of fun has changed, so I really like to take time to do Pilates
03:13whenever I can.
03:14I just like taking time for me, doing maybe a face mask or something, just some calming
03:19things.
03:20I think that's become more fun for me.
03:22Self-care is very important.
03:25What advice do you have for an aspiring actor?
03:29I think the most important thing, after or not, we're all human, so you have to stay
03:34true to yourself.
03:35I think it's very important to surround yourself with family and remind yourself that you have
03:40to leave your work at work.
03:41So once you get home, that's when it's your real life, and work is just work life.
03:46Absolutely.
03:47What makes you say yes to a project?
03:52Oh, it takes a lot of things for me to say yes these days, because the first thing that
03:56I think about is what works for my family.
03:58Absolutely.
03:59And timing, if it's going to be convenient, and more so the role.
04:04It's important to find characters that I believe in bringing to life on screen, and something
04:09that is new in different ways every time, I would say.
04:12There's certain things that you can say yes to, but you're like, sometimes it's like, you
04:17know, it doesn't work with my schedule.
04:18It doesn't work with my schedule.
04:19It doesn't work with this, you know?
04:20Exactly.
04:21What can you tease from Freakier Friday?
04:24Oh, ah!
04:27There's a lot more music in this one, I would say.
04:31There's a lot more music in all aspects of the movie.
04:34It's just a lot of fun, and I really want to bring people back into cinema, and to go
04:38see films, and I want it to be a fun experience, and I believe that's what we did with it.
04:42I'm excited to see it.
04:43That makes me happy.
04:44I'm going to watch it.
04:46I definitely am.
04:47What was your favorite day on set?
04:49I don't know if this is going to give something in a way.
04:52Being in the ocean, I'll just say that.
04:55Being in the ocean.
04:56Yeah.
04:57Okay.
04:58Okay, that gives me an idea.
04:59I love the ocean, though.
05:00Me too.
05:01I live in Miami, so it's hot over there.
05:04It was a little bit colder.
05:05We have kind of the same climates, because I'm in Dubai.
05:08Oh, wow.
05:09So.
05:10It's actually really hot here today, like really hot.
05:13I haven't been outside yet.
05:15I haven't been outside too much today either, so we're on the same page.
05:20What's harder, playing twins or playing Jamie Lee Curtis?
05:25I feel like playing twins didn't feel as difficult because I was younger.
05:29We tend to have more insecurities as adults when we're acting, and we overthink sometimes,
05:34so I think I was more free playing the twins.
05:36Yeah.
05:37And it was more experimental.
05:38Yeah, I think playing Jamie.
05:41I mean, playing twins would be really cool, like.
05:44It's fun.
05:45Like, you're talking to yourself, but like, it's, you're acting, yes.
05:50There was like a tennis ball there a lot of the time for me to act off of, and I could
05:53hear myself in my ear.
05:55I would wear an ear wig, so the accents helped me, the differences in the accents.
05:59Wow.
06:00That is really cool.
06:01Who in your life makes you laugh the most?
06:04My son.
06:05He makes me laugh a lot.
06:07My husband's really funny too, but my son, he's doing something new every day.
06:10Yeah.
06:11So it's always an exciting new day, and he always does something silly.
06:15I love that.
06:16So, okay, I have a history project due, and I have to write about the olden times.
06:22Can you tell me everything I need to know about the early 2000s?
06:27Oh, early 2000s.
06:29No, no, I'm kidding.
06:31Oh my gosh.
06:33Juicy Couture, NSYNC, Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys.
06:38I was born in 2013, so yeah.
06:41All right.
06:42I'm gonna take that.
06:43I'm gonna take that.
06:44Go based on pop culture, because that was a big part of the 2000s.
06:47I'm taking note on that.
06:49What is this item you're holding to your ear?
06:55What does it look like to you?
06:57Like a phone, maybe?
06:59Yeah, it's called a sidekick, and I rhinestoned mine.
07:02I could see that.
07:04I was the queen of rhinestoning everything.
07:06Really?
07:07Yeah, when I was filming Mean Girls, I used to, whenever I had a break, I would go and rhinestone people's phones for them.
07:12Whoa.
07:13I mean, maybe you have to bedazzle my phone too.
07:15Why not?
07:16It's pretty.
07:17That would be fun.
07:18Does it have TikTok on it?
07:19We didn't have TikTok then.
07:22Last question.
07:24What are your dreams, and where do you hope life takes you next?
07:28My dreams are to always be a good mom, and follow my gut.
07:36I feel like sometimes we go through outside experiences and what other advice people tell us.
07:41And I think sticking true to what I believe in and what I think I should do is really important.
07:46And I hope to have another kid and keep living life the way I'm living it, because I'm very, very grateful and happy with how my life is going.
07:54I feel blessed.
07:55I love that.
07:56Like, I love how you said that and put that all together.
08:00Thank you so much, Lindsey.
08:01Thank you so much, Taylan.
08:02Thank you so much for watching.
08:04Be sure to check out Lindsey's Elle cover.

08:08All in a day's work.
08:12Nina, call me for next time.
08:14I think I like this job.
08:25Bye.
08:26Bye.
