More Pros than Cons, is the viewpoint of T&T football captain Kevin Molino who insists that the Unity Cup experience will do T&T well in their world cup qualification quest.

T&T will resume their campaign on Friday against Saint Kitts and Nevis at home, before taking on Costa Rica away from home a few days later.

00:00It was a tough but valuable experience for TNT at the Unity Cup as they closed with a 4-0 defeat to Ghana on Saturday.
00:07But veteran skipper Kevin Molino saw more positives than negatives from the experience.
00:12First time in the tournament away from home, a lot of the guys playing a fantastic stadium, it was a great experience.
00:18But the most important thing is for us looking forward to the two games coming up on the 6th and the 10th, but first taking one game at a time.
00:26But most important, we get a lot of positives from this tournament and we just want to build on it and continue moving forward.
00:34Although we didn't get the results that were required in the both games, I think we have a lot of positives to take from it.
00:40A lot of the guys under five, three caps to play in this environment is difficult at times.
00:46But all in all, I think we had a good showing and all we can do is continue building, continue growing and continue trying to help each other.
00:53Another bonus was the time spent together.
00:56Yeah, that's a bit too about international football.
00:59You just have to be a sponge and try to suck in all the information as quick as possible.
01:04You get two or three days, travel and then go to play a game to get familiar with the coach system and what you want to implement.
01:13Sometimes it's difficult, but I think all in all, we are coping.
01:16I think I'm coming, getting better day by day and by coming with where the coach wants us.
01:25While the Ghana defeat was tough to bear, especially for those who aren't regulars, Skipper Molino left them with words of inspiration.
01:32It's part and parcel of the game at times.
01:35You know, we could have difficult times and today showed that it was a difficult one against one of the top teams in the world, Ghana.
01:41When you look at some of these guys playing at a high level and some of our guys back there, we just need to look in the mirror and look at ourselves and continue building and continue growing and continue believing in ourselves.
01:54Even you might not get the answer now, but you just need to keep working.
01:59It doesn't matter what happens, it's all another opportunity coming down.
02:03Speaking about inspiration, Molino is calling on the TNT 12 men to come out and support on Friday.
02:08When you look at all over the world, when teams play, they have that 12 men and I think it's important on the 6 that they come up in their numbers and show the support.
02:18Without a doubt, I think they will be there and I'm looking forward to entertain the crowd, looking forward to bring back that unity and love in the country.
