The Promoters of One Caribbean Music Festival, Jacho Entertainment, are assessing the fallout from the failed concert. They are seeking to assure stakeholders including patrons, that they will come up with a plan to fairly address the disadvantage that many faced as the event unfolded on Saturday.

00:23adija palmer better known as vibes cartel publicly pulled out on the day of the show
00:28the company states quote this unforeseen development triggered a rapid sequence of negative
00:34consequences our sponsors withdrew the vip experience that was dependent on their participation was
00:40compromised and patrons were left understandably dissatisfied while the show did proceed it did not
00:47resemble the original description and for that we deeply regret not achieving the expectation standard
00:54for such a promotion end quote jacko entertainment says it is aware of the concerns among all
01:00stakeholders including patrons partners and local performers in this vein the company states quote
01:07we hear you and we accept that there is an obligation to address the consequences at this
01:13time we are undertaking a full internal review to determine what went wrong and how this could be
01:19avoided we will develop a responsible fair and sustainable strategy that addresses the fallout from the
01:26situation mitigates the damage and honors our commitment to all involved end quote it is asking
01:33for a period of seven to ten days to conduct this assessment following which it is committing to providing
01:40a transparent update on the findings as well as to begin putting the necessary mechanisms in place to respond to
01:46what it says are quote unquote individual concerns including those relating to potential refunds
01:53it calls what has transpired a steep learning curve for the company meanwhile cartel took to his instagram
02:01to address the issue of his cancellation indicating that he was placed in a situation that brought him
02:07at loggerheads with not only the government of tnt but also the culture the artist claimed that the first time
02:14was the planning of the event for carnival which he was an objection to and then came to school visits

02:27cartel show another thing to tell the people then in a discussion my only regret in the situation is that
02:34the trinidad people at them you're up out of the chance to see cartel after so many years also on saturday the team of
02:42sizzler kalanji issued a statement confirming that the artist would not have been performing at the event
02:48they said they were communicating back and forth for weeks over financial issues and in the end there
