Only one of the four international artistes billed to appear at the One Caribbean Music Festival on Saturday night showed up.
Jacho Entertainment had confirmed the cancellation by Vybz Kartel prior to the show but patrons who had counted on Sizzla and others filling the void were left wanting.
Disappointed and angry, a few litterally "lost it" and two were confronted by police.

Our reporter Alicia Boucher and Cameraman Brandon Benoit have the details.
