00:27If a woman is forced to do ablution, does the ablution break?
00:32It does not break.
00:34One of the reasons for the ablution to break is that
00:37if someone has intentionally forced himself to do ablution,
00:41then it will break.
00:43There are only two possibilities.
00:45Either he has established a physical relationship with his wife,
00:48or God forbid, he forced himself to do ablution,
00:51then the ablution will break.
00:53But if he has not forced himself to do ablution,
00:56but rather he has forced himself to do ablution,
00:59then the ablution does not break.
01:01So, we do not have any intention to break the ablution.
01:04That is why we will not say that he has forced himself to do ablution.
01:07Rather, we will say that he has forced himself to do ablution.
01:10And if he has done it, the ablution does not break.
01:13The ablution has to be completed.

01:31So, will she be able to make zakat on these two lakhs or not?
01:35You have taken the name of the real need.
01:38First understand that the real need is those things
01:42which are necessary for our life.
01:46So, they are called the real need.
01:49For example, our clothes, shoes, kitchen utensils,
01:53and other household items,
01:56which are very necessary for our life.
02:00So, all the household items,
02:02including the washing machine,
02:04if the AC runs in the house,
02:06then the AC is also in the real need.
02:08There is also a fridge.
02:10So, if she has kept two lakhs for such things,
02:13like the fees for children,
02:15utility bills,
02:17then they will be called busy.
02:19And zakat is not obligatory
02:21on the real need items.
02:23So, when the year of zakat is over,
02:26then whatever amount of money is there,
02:29first of all,
02:31we will minus all the expenses
02:33that you have to do currently.
02:35Or at least in the next month,
02:37like you have to pay bills,
02:39fees, and BC,
02:41and many other things.
02:43So, by minusing all that,
02:45zakat is made on whatever amount
02:47is left.
02:49So, if the situation you have mentioned
02:51is correct
02:53and is based on reality,
02:55then zakat will not be made
02:57on the sister.
02:59It is said that
03:01about the cow,
03:03it is said that
03:05give me 65,000 for the cow
03:07and I will do the rest of the expenses.
03:09So, can three to four people
03:11participate in that cow?
03:13That is, you take the cow
03:15and give me 65,000
03:17and I will take care of it.
03:19And can three to four people
03:21participate in it or not?
03:23See, the problem is that
03:25service will not be the only reason
03:27for participation.
03:29Everyone will participate in it.
03:31If someone has said that
03:33you keep your cow with me,
03:35I will take 65,000 for its service
03:37and then you can participate in it.
03:39It is up to you.
03:42If someone has said that
03:44he is not giving service
03:46but is giving money,
03:48then there is no problem in it.
03:50But if he is participating
03:52that you keep this cow
03:54and I will take care of it
03:56and give me 65,000
03:58and I will also have a share
04:00and you can add the rest.
04:02Then this participation
04:04will not be permissible.
04:06Yes, when you decide
04:08that you will give 65,000
04:10and you want to make people
04:12participate in it,
04:14then you can do it.
04:16Someone has said that
04:18the husband has written
04:20two divorces
04:22and he has written
04:24with the suffix words
04:26and he has not turned back
04:28so has he turned back or not?
04:30And if he turns back,
04:32how long can he turn back?
04:34See, first of all,
04:36there is a divorce
04:38and these two types
04:40are based on the performance
04:42of the husband's words.
04:44If he has given a divorce

04:52or emptying

05:16that the word divorce
05:18is called direct divorce
05:20and the final divorce
05:22is called
05:24final divorce.
05:26Now, what is the difference between
05:28direct and final divorce?
05:30The word direct divorce
05:32means divorce
05:34in which the husband
05:36is allowed to return
05:38to his wife without marriage
05:40on condition that
05:42he does not give two divorces
05:44because after two,
05:46it will become three
05:48and then it is not a process
05:50whether he has given one
05:52or not given one
05:54or has given only one
05:56then it becomes two
05:58this is the order for this.
06:00So, when three periods are passing
06:02and the child is not born
06:04the termination will continue.
06:06So, in a divorce
06:08the husband can return
06:10to his wife
06:12without marriage
06:14for which the best way
06:16is to tell his wife
06:18that I have returned to you
06:20or if the wife is not present
06:22then make her a witness
06:24that I have returned to my wife.
06:26By the way, it is not necessary
06:28to be a witness
06:30so that she is mentally prepared
06:32and finds out
06:34and it is not necessary
06:36for the wife to agree
06:38to this.

06:42is going on,

06:46to his wife

12:25in the same way, there are many apps in the mobile
12:28which offer you to invest money
12:30who is the owner, who is the management, who is behind it, we don't know anything
12:34we just contact them, an unknown person or computer keeps answering
12:39and we start on it and in the future, there are losses
12:43all this type of investment is illegal
12:46and all the people you make their customers in this way
12:50you will get them trapped and leave
12:52in the field of society, you will have to account for everyone
12:55this question came a while ago
12:57that a brother said that when I refused a friend
12:59he said that we are getting our profit and should leave
13:01what would be more selfish than this
13:03that you make others cry, hurt their feelings
13:06someone sells his wife's jewellery
13:08someone takes money from his children's mouth
13:10and puts it here on your saying
13:12and even if it is destroyed
13:14your ego should be straight, you earned money and left
13:17it is so easy to account for these things in the field of society

13:23this is extremely difficult

13:35but when they pass away
13:38the one who passes away, the one who has inherited
13:40they call him the inheritor

18:14many people are very happy

18:26religious scholars know better

23:04and actions very soon
23:06the meaning of inner self is that
23:08we should take care of our inner self

23:12that due to the heat,
23:14worries, rush
23:16they complain a lot
23:18or complain verbally
23:20I have seen such people
23:22Al-Aman and Al-Hafiz
23:24they have everything to eat and drink
23:26they are not begging
23:28but if they don't get proper food
23:30if they don't get food
23:32they are being abused
23:34I don't understand
23:36at which holy place
23:38you are fighting
23:40for a plate of food
23:42and whatever
23:44private company has taken you
23:46you are abusing them
23:48this is a good thing
23:50this is not patience
23:52this is not manners
23:54you are making fun
23:56you have taken kids to Madinah
23:58kids are running around
24:00in hotels
24:02making noise
24:04disturbing people's sleep
24:06women are sitting peacefully
24:08you have taken kids to galleries
24:10kids are playing games
24:12we should take care of all these things
24:14if we do, it will become Hajj-e-Mabroor
24:16otherwise, it will be unacceptable
24:18and it will be a disaster in the hereafter
24:20for such people
24:22I request you
24:24I will not say not to do Hajj
24:26I will say, first get proper training
24:28then make it a habit to accept
24:30that training
24:32get mentally prepared
24:34then you can go
24:36otherwise, I have seen such people
24:38it is Allah's will
24:40I cannot say
24:42but according to Shariah
24:44we have to say
24:46about some people
24:48that it would have been better
24:50if they had not come
24:52they are going back
24:54with a bag of sins
24:56they make so many mistakes
24:58and when they are told
25:00that you have to do Hajj
25:02Allah will forgive
25:04as if they are doing a favor
25:06for such people
25:08it would have been better
25:10if they had not done Hajj
25:12so I request my brothers and sisters
25:14to get proper training
25:16those who want to do Hajj

25:20to do Hajj
25:22there is nothing to do
25:24there is no place for prayers
25:26they will come back and

25:42to get a religious scholar

26:36they will come back
26:38and hug me
26:40I will write Haji
26:42my wife will write Hajjan
26:44we will have gatherings
26:46we will be invited
26:48we don't pay attention to these things
26:50Satan is playing with us
26:52like puppets
26:54they move their fingers
26:56so that no brother or sister
26:58doesn't mind
27:00we have a lot of knowledge
27:02and we are very pious
27:04I am a student
27:06I am a very sinful person
27:08but I worry about my brothers and sisters
27:10that is why I request
27:12that you don't look at our words
27:14or our dialects
27:16but look at our sincerity
27:18and our enmity
27:20towards Satan
27:22we want you to do the complete Hajj
27:24this is the Hajj of showing off
27:26this is the Hajj of showing off

27:30and ruining the whole world
27:32you will not get anything in the hereafter
27:34this is humiliation and disgrace
27:36so first of all,
27:38do Tarbiyat and then do Hajj

27:48the Sahaba say that we used to do 10 parts
27:50and there are clear narrations
27:52of Sitta
27:54that the Sahaba say
27:56that there are 7 parts
27:58in camel and cow
28:00there can be 7 parts
28:02now when both narrations
28:04are there
28:06then we have to see
28:08always remember
28:10when there are two types of narrations
28:12and there is a clash
28:14then we should take that narration
28:16in which everyone agrees
28:18and we have to leave that narration
28:20which is different
28:22now see, the one who believes
28:24that there are 10 parts
28:26he is not believing that there are 7 parts
28:28we say that there are 7 parts
28:30so both are agreeing on 7 parts
28:32one person is believing on 10 parts
28:34and majority is denying
28:36that there are not 10 parts
28:38so the agreement
28:40is called Mutafaqun
28:42Alaih Surah
28:44and the difference is called
28:46Mukhtalafi Surah
28:48so the principle is that Mutafaqun
28:50Alaih Surah will be taken
28:52so we will not agree on 10 parts
28:54we will agree on 7 parts
28:56there is a narration
28:58which I am not denying
29:00but there are 7 parts
29:02and in the Hajj
29:04which the Prophet did
29:06he slaughtered animals
29:08for Ahle Khana and Ahle Bait
29:10they were big animals
29:12so keep 7 parts in your mind

29:26some people say that Qurbani is 4 days
