02:49had just left the checkers on West Earl O'Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee beside Old Town

03:14Just after 10, the Osceola County Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting at the checkers.
03:1823-year-old Elijah Mackey was arrested and charged with premeditated murder.
03:24Investigators say while he was working at the checkers, he got into an argument with
03:28Wesley Robertson regarding Robertson's food order.
03:31Detectives say the argument escalated and Elijah Mackey allegedly shot Robertson.
03:36An evidence marker can be seen here at the front of the store.
03:40Wesley Robertson later died at the hospital.
03:43A sign on the window Thursday said checkers is closed.
03:46First, unbeknownst to people going through the drive-thru in the tourist area.
