00:00The Lowry is turning 25 and one of the ways that they are celebrating this very special anniversary

00:05is by having the Lowry 360 immersive experience. It opened on the 3rd of May and it will close on

00:13the 31st of August. Tickets are free however but you do need to book online as there are 15 minute

00:19slots so if you are interested I recommend going on their website and having a little look.

00:24So let's go down and see what it's like. So this is the walk down to the Lowry and I just thought that

00:31I'd tell you an interesting story about my grandad. So my grandad actually met LS Lowry and he met him

00:38in a pub. Lowry offered to draw him in exchange for a pint however my grandad thought that he was a bit

00:46of an odd looking person and decided that he didn't want that and if he had actually accepted that in

00:52exchange for a pint well who knows but I probably have a little bit more money than I do now. So

00:58we've obviously just now arrived at the Lowry and unfortunately you could not actually take any

01:04photos of the immersive experience itself but it was around five minutes so it was a good amount of

01:11time to just go in and experience it and it was very good. I do recommend it and especially because

01:16it's free. After you finish the immersive experience you can then of course go and have a look at the

01:21rest of LS Lowry's artwork in the wider exhibition.
