00:00Manchester United have been handed a double injury boost ahead of the Premier League opener against Arsenal this weekend.
00:06We're here at very sunny Carrington, the revamped Manchester United training ground,
00:11where Ruben Amourine has held his pre-match press conference ahead of the game with Arsenal.
00:16Andre Onana and Joshua Zerksi are both back from injury and available for selection,
00:21while Benjamin Szczesko is physically ready, according to Amourine, and could make his debut in the match.
00:27Of course, it remains to be seen whether or not he does. United are well-stocked for attacking options in the clash this weekend.
00:34Brian Mbwemo and Teixe Kounia as well be hoping to make their competitive debut for United after they've both featured in pre-season.
00:42I fully expect Onana to be back in goal. He was targeting a return against Arsenal all summer.
00:47News of him being available for selection is obviously a boost for Ruben Amourine,
00:51who was in the market for a new goalkeeper this summer, but Onana was always going to remain as his number one.
00:57United aren't interested in a move for Gianluigi Donnarumma, so Onana will be number one when he's fully fit,
01:03and like I said, expect him to be in goal this weekend.
01:06Zerksi probably on the bench, just given how many options United already have in attack.
01:12Who knows about Benjamin Szczesko?
01:14Ruben Amourine has liked to ease players back into action, typically, since they've signed for the club,
01:19and get them up to speed with sporadic minutes here and there.
01:22But against an Arsenal team with a defensive duo of Saliba and Gabriel,
01:27United probably needs one physical. He can play in between the two centre-backs.
01:30It wouldn't be a shock, actually, if Szczesko went straight into the United line-up this weekend.
01:35There's some other big decisions to be made, but that is the headline news, really.
01:39United have Zerksi and Onana back fit.
01:42Szczesko is physically ready. That's the official line.
01:45Lissandro Martinez and Nuzwa Mazraoui are both still out.
01:50United begin the Premier League season against Arsenal at Old Trafford on Sunday,
01:54and you can follow the match with us on Manchester World.
