00:00The counselors may not have been paying attention, but NECA certainly was.
00:04Here's a look at the brand new NECA toys. This is the Friday 13th Ultimate Pamela Voorhees.
00:30Mother is returning. NECA is thrilled to bring back a fan-favorite figure for a one-time-only limited release, Ultimate Pamela Voorhees.
00:40The mother of Jason and the killer from the original 1980 Friday 13 film is back to avenge the death of her son who drowned at Camp Crystal Lake.
00:46An absolute must-have for horror movie fans. This 7-inch scale action figure includes interchangeable heads and hands, knife axe, machete, broken arm, bow and arrow, comes in collector-friendly window box packaging with opening front flap.
00:59I don't know. She's the old friend of the Christie's. Maybe the Christie's should have kept better company.
01:04Maybe before we start judging the circle of friends of the Christie's, let's instead take the tape measure and see how tall the brand new Friday 13th Ultimate Pamela Voorhees stands.
01:11Yeah, man, this came out of nowhere. There was a tease last year from what I remember on the Facebook group of NECA.
01:19Somebody provided images of not only box art of Pamela, but also in the interior contents with very similar accessories as what we're seeing right now.
01:26Most people just either dismissed it as a custom or they just claimed it to be AI.
01:30And yet, whether that is the original tease that we got of Pamela Voorhees, again, like, what, last month or so, all of a sudden a listing just out of nowhere dropped and NECA was advertising a brand new Pamela Voorhees.
01:40Up to that point, the only other offerings that we've gotten from Pamela was, like, the closest thing, the most recent one, and even then it was years ago, was the retro cloth Pamela Voorhees and young, I was going to say Michael Myers, Jason Voorhees.
01:52And that's going for some stupid money online.
01:56Then, of course, there was the more affordable Lady of the Lake, but if you really want one that bears, of course, the resemblance of Betsy Palmer, that's not going to cut it at all.
02:04Speaking of things that are going to cut it, this figure does come in clue with quite a lot of things to cut, but I guess we're kind of getting sidetracked here.
02:10Back to the tape measure.
02:11Yeah, Voorhees.
02:12Mrs. Voorhees stands at six and a quarter inches in height, translating, though, to a figure that's 16 centimeters tall.
02:19As for the comparing of the Crystal Lake Killers, here's what the figure looks like with a sack mask, Jason.
02:24Now, I'm not going to obviously just bore you guys by bringing in every Jason that NECA has released.
02:28If you did want to see my full rankings of that, there's a video that I posted several weeks ago.
02:32Plug, plug, plug.
02:33This isn't, though, the first time that he adopted a hockey mask, nor really is it for this one either.
02:38This is the final chapter, Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th, part four, not three.
02:42It happens, though, to be my favorite Jason, although I've now just already told you my, not the full ranking, but certainly what was my favorite.
02:47Now, I wouldn't be a Friday fan if it didn't also bring in Friday the 13th, part seven, a new blood Jason.
02:52Seems to be losing his hockey mask here.
02:55You know, also, too, by bringing in the new blood Jason, it does also bring back also some sad news that we've heard in Hollywood lately.
03:02While we, of course, have gained a new figure from NECA, we've lost an actress from the Friday franchise.
03:07Laura Park Lincoln, who played Tina in the seventh film, unfortunately had passed away on April 22nd, 2025.
03:14So, at the time of doing this video, that's only, that's not even a week ago.
03:17Some sad news.
03:18She wasn't even old either.
03:19I think she was only in her early 60s.
03:22Not that the age really matters at all.
03:23Just the fact that we have lost somebody from the Friday franchise is sad.
03:27Like I said, we've now gained a figure.
03:28We've lost an actress.
03:29It's almost even bittersweet.
03:31Even though I wouldn't say Tina was my favorite of the Friday girls.
03:34Certainly, that would have been probably Chris from Friday the 13th, part three.
03:37It's still, of course, sad news.
03:38My heart goes out to the family.
03:39In the meantime, though, let's, shall we, go through the accessories that come in clue with Pamela Voorhees.
03:43And, you know, to be fair, there's really quite a lot.
03:46NECA really had put a lot of effort to not only release a stellar-looking sculpt of Pamela,
03:51but some pretty cool-looking accessories, too.
03:53Stirring things first, the figure does come in clue with her knife.
03:56Now, the knife was small.
03:58I was almost even worried it was going to be falling out of the tray and falling onto the floor.
04:01But I caught it.
04:02I caught it in time before I did that.
04:04You can see that there's some markings that were on the handle.
04:06The handle itself has been painted well in silver.
04:08A little bit of silver on the end of the guard there, as well.
04:11Now, this does also fit, obviously, in her hands.
04:13Not really the hands that she has on the ends of her forearms.
04:15I fixed that quickly, though.
04:17But there is at least a section on the side of her leg.
04:20She's got a little holster right here that you can take yourself the knife and slide it right in.
04:25Granted, you don't really have to make the noise while you're holsting the knife into the side of her leg.
04:30Just like that.
04:31We'll do it without the sound, as you can see.
04:33And it actually sits quite well in there, too.
04:35I didn't really have to fight at all.
04:36So, sometimes when you get knives and holsters of this size,
04:39sometimes you really have to feel like you're forcing it in there, potentially breaking the blade.
04:43No, this one...
04:44I'm so tempted.
04:46Okay, one more time.
04:47Slides right in there.
04:48No issues whatsoever.
04:51Of course, if you think that that's awfully small,
04:53the figure does also come in clear with a machete.
04:55Now, most of these, obviously, accessories we only really see near the end of the film,
04:59because obviously up to that point, there's a mystery.
05:01We don't even know who this killer in Camp Crystal Lake actually is until, of course, it's revealed as Mrs. Voorhees.
05:07We get ourselves the machete, which I suppose at some point could also be borrowed over to Jason.
05:11I do actually like that they've added lighter silver on the top, lighter silver down...
05:15No, I'm just kidding.
05:16Just kidding.
05:17Lighter silver down below here, and you can see that there's just a trace of that scratched across the blade as well.
05:22It gives the realism that it really is deserving when it comes to an accessory like this,
05:27especially for how iconic the machete is down in the film franchise.
05:32Of course, the handle does also have, again, the additional silver dots also added in there as well.
05:37This also can go into her hand, although I keep constantly saying it can go into her hand,
05:41but obviously you're going to have to change out the hand to do that.
05:44She does also have an axe.
05:47There's no blood, as you'll see, a consistent trend.
05:49In fact, actually, there's no blood on any of the accessories whatsoever.
05:53Maybe the machete could have actually had that.
05:55I don't know.
05:56But I mean, really, when she's swinging the machete at the end of the film,
05:58I think it's pretty clean of a blade anyways.
06:01Also, I mean, there is just a little bit.
06:03I shouldn't really say, like, all the accessories are clean.
06:05There's a little bit of blood.
06:06Just dollop there, dollop there, and just along...
06:09Ooh!
06:10Just along the bottom of the blade as well.
06:12And you can see it's on this side too.
06:15The axe is a little more on the smaller side.
06:16If I was to, like, start going through all my boxes of Jason Voorhees figures,
06:20I'm sure I could probably find an axe that's much longer of a length,
06:23but I think that's a good size.
06:25That's a good swinging size for...
06:27I don't want to say, like, a woman of her age.
06:29Women don't like to talk about their ages,
06:31but I think that's a good size blade for her swinging around.
06:35Well, one thing I also note as well is,
06:37even though the machete is clean right there,
06:38we already know, unfortunately, what ends up happening with the machete.
06:41What ends up happening with Pamela Voorhees.
06:43What else did she have?
06:46She has her bow.
06:47I do actually like that they've added the string to the bow,
06:50and the bow does have some stretchiness to it,
06:52so you can actually draw the bow back.
06:54I did do that at the beginning of this video,
06:56when the figure was rotating on the rotisserie.
06:58Basically, all you really need to do...
07:00Again, we're going to go back to the hands,
07:01keep talking about the hands, not do anything with them.
07:03Okay, I'll do that in a second.
07:05The bow does have some...
07:06Again, you can pull back on those,
07:07and the figure does also come in clear with a couple of arrows as well.
07:10Now, three of the four arrows seem to match,
07:13so if one of these things isn't like the others,
07:16just one of these things isn't the same,
07:17is that from Sesame Street?
07:19You can see that probably three of them are more identical
07:21than this one right here.
07:22This one seems to be the odd one out.
07:24I think, in fact, actually this was the one that was using.
07:26The thing that I like about each of the arrows, too,
07:28is that if you look at them,
07:30there's a tiny little prong on the end.
07:32Can you see?
07:33Can you see?
07:34Eh?
07:34And see.
07:36In fact, actually, what you can do is you can take
07:38the little tong,
07:40providing, of course, you've got yourself the eyes to do this,
07:42and that just fits onto the end of the string.
07:46Oh.
07:47This is only just reminding me, first of all, how old I am,
07:50but also the fact that I may have to get myself some glasses.
07:52I may need to get some specks.
07:55Anyways, that basically just attaches...
07:57I'm having such now a hard time to do this.
07:59There we go.
08:00Just attaches onto the end of the string.
08:02I mean, and then you'd be able to draw the bow back.
08:05Boy, that's really small.
08:06Look how small those prongs would be.
08:08Somebody looking at that is probably like,
08:10I could so easily...
08:11I could do that with my eyes closed.
08:12I can't even do it with my eyes open.
08:14I can't even do it with my eyes open.
08:16All right, so let's move that all out of the way.
08:17What else does the figure have?
08:18Well, she has the bows and the arrows,
08:21or she does also come include with an oar.
08:23The oar happens to be broken, though.
08:25You can see on the end there.
08:27I do actually like that they've added this grain there effect.
08:29So it's a little dirtier down below here
08:31where the handle would be,
08:32and then it kind of spirals its way.
08:34It looks like roots of a tree,
08:36and it gets a little cleaner to the top.
08:38Cool-looking oar.
08:40It's probably the only time I've been super excited
08:42with the fact that an oar is an accessory for the figure.
08:45And I know this whole time,
08:46I keep yammering on about hands.
08:48Yeah, the figure does also have some gripping hands.
08:50She does come with two mirror-flipped hands
08:52if you want to have her holding any of the accessories
08:54we just finished having a look at.
08:56So a C-clamp hand for this side,
08:58and don't worry, you're not getting left out.
08:59So there's a C-clamp hand then for this side.
09:01They seem somewhat the same,
09:03although this one also, you can see,
09:05does have the ring there.
09:07Now, Tom Savini hands, by the way,
09:08I would have loved that they could have included
09:09the Easter egg hairy hands,
09:11because when Pamela Voorhees loses her top,
09:13she sort of has the hands waving along the top of her,
09:15and you can kind of see Savini's hairy arms.
09:18She does also have a slightly more smaller hand.
09:21Now, the hand itself,
09:23the only thing I can really think of
09:24is the end of the oar.
09:26Outside of that,
09:27like, it's a pretty small hole anyways.
09:29For her to hold anything else with this hand
09:32does seem preposterous to me.
09:34But I guess if you want to have her
09:35holding the oar like this,
09:36you can, you know,
09:37I don't know,
09:38she can swing it around
09:39and hit people in the head over the head with it.
09:41And then she also comes included
09:42with a pulling drawback cord hand.
09:45I felt, I think I added so many more words
09:47to that than it needed to be.
09:48Basically, you just take yourself the hand,
09:50you just draw back the cord,
09:51and then if you took yourself the arrow,
09:53I'm gonna, I'll demonstrate this quickly.
09:56Take yourself the arrow.
09:57This would basically be drawn back.
09:59And I did at the beginning of this video.
10:01So, pew, you could shoot the arrow.
10:03I did actually do that
10:04when I was kind of getting everything prepped
10:05for the beginning of this video.
10:06Pew, the arrow went across the room.
10:09I looked as far as I could probably see
10:11and then realized that the cat was playing
10:13with something over there.
10:14And then I went over, meow, meow.
10:15And then I just kind of grabbed the arrow
10:17out of his mouth.
10:18I saved his life.
10:20Hopefully he'll save my life down the road
10:21when somebody's trying to cut off my head.
10:22Speaking of heads, how's that for a segue?
10:24The figure does have four swappable heads
10:27and all of them crazy,
10:29all of them different from one another.
10:32Starting things first, though,
10:33the figure does come included with,
10:34I would imagine,
10:35probably the most earliest appearance
10:37we see of Pamela Voorhees
10:38when she first tells,
10:40obviously, she's the old friend of the Christie's.
10:41I'm a friend of the Christie's.
10:43Something didn't seem quite right
10:45with that woman anyways.
10:46Obviously, anybody who's seen the film
10:48already knows the twist.
10:49I don't think by now I'm giving away
10:50a movie that's been spoiled.
10:52I mean, it came out a long time ago.
10:54I mean, we're not even going to
10:55kind of do the math on that.
10:561980?
10:57Yeah.
10:58I think by now you probably
10:59have already been spoiled
10:59by the film franchise.
11:01If you've already followed Friday the 13th,
11:03you already know Pamela Voorhees
11:04was the killer.
11:04Okay.
11:05Somebody's like,
11:05oh no, man,
11:06you just gave it away.
11:08No, stop that.
11:09One thing that was interesting,
11:10though,
11:10when getting the figure
11:11out of the packaging
11:12was I felt that they took the head
11:15and they really put it
11:16far enough down there
11:17to the point where she almost
11:18didn't look like she had a neck.
11:20Florence Pug was even looking at that
11:21thinking,
11:22wow, that woman's got no neck.
11:24That's a terrible Florence Pug joke.
11:26Is it Pug?
11:27I think it's Pug.
11:28Anyways,
11:29one thing I do actually like to do
11:30with my Pamela
11:31is I like to put her
11:32on top of the ball joint,
11:34but I don't push it
11:35all the way down there.
11:36I feel like the neck
11:37is not long enough
11:38and by only just kind of
11:39resting the head
11:40on top of the ball joint,
11:41kind of like that.
11:43Kind of like that.
11:43First of all,
11:44it makes things a whole lot easier
11:44when it comes to changing out the heads,
11:46but I also feel like
11:47it gives her a little bit more neck, too.
11:49You can also take the sweater
11:51and bring it down, too,
11:52because in the film
11:52we actually see
11:53she's got herself
11:54like a black t-shirt underneath
11:55and sometimes if you have
11:56the sweater sticking too far up,
11:58not only does it lose
11:59a lot of the neck,
12:00but it loses some
12:01of the black collar underneath.
12:03Nice looking head sculpt, though.
12:05I'm not really honestly sure
12:06which head I'm probably
12:07going to have the figure
12:08displayed with.
12:09Oh, yeah, I think I do.
12:10I think I do.
12:11The thing that's kind of interesting,
12:12though, about this figure
12:13is many of the images
12:14that I've seen online
12:15have her sort of
12:16with weird coloring,
12:17almost to the point
12:18where her hair looks orange.
12:20I don't know if it was just
12:21the way that somebody
12:21took the photo
12:22and took the video of it,
12:23but it distorted
12:24really what I thought.
12:26Getting the figure
12:27in the packaging
12:28and opening her up
12:28for the first time,
12:29I really was more impressed
12:31to see her in the physical
12:32in hand
12:33than when I saw her first online
12:35because I was thinking
12:35like the coloring
12:36seemed off on her.
12:37I hope, though,
12:38that the video
12:38is doing proper justice
12:39showing you guys
12:40how good the figure
12:41head sculpt actually looks.
12:42Does it look like Betsy?
12:43I would certainly say it does.
12:45I'm a friend of the Christies.
12:47If you, though,
12:48did want to change out
12:48the head sculpt, though,
12:49there's also...
12:51Well, let's go with
12:51this one, too.
12:53Now, again,
12:53I'm only going to just
12:54carefully plop it
12:55onto the ball joint here.
12:57Just enough.
12:58Honestly, truth be told,
12:59just between you and me,
12:59I haven't even put
13:00this head sculpt
13:01on the ball joint.
13:01I was kind of like
13:02playing with all the other heads.
13:03So there's this one.
13:05First, when she's introduced,
13:06there's this one.
13:07She seems a little bit
13:07more concerned.
13:08She was talking about Jason.
13:09He drowned.
13:10You know, he drowned in the lake.
13:11The counselors
13:12weren't paying attention.
13:14Shame on those counselors.
13:15So there's this head sculpt,
13:16which, again,
13:17I think is really good as well.
13:18Then there's this one.
13:22And if I was to kind of
13:23describe this in a scene,
13:24I would probably say
13:26that this is the time
13:27when she said, like,
13:27they weren't watching Jason.
13:29He drowned.
13:31Obviously, I'm not trying
13:32to do my best impression
13:33of Mrs. Voorhees.
13:34I would be failing
13:35miserably.
13:37But there's also this portrait,
13:38which, again,
13:39like all of them,
13:39is really good.
13:41Just to show you guys
13:42what it looks like
13:42from all the way around.
13:44I'd have to think
13:45that I'm doing my due diligence
13:46of showing you guys
13:46as best as I can,
13:47as good of a view as I can.
13:49And then there's also
13:50Full Tilt Crazy Pamela,
13:53which we're going to go ahead again,
13:54pop the head onto the ball joint.
13:55Now, if you're having
13:56any hard times
13:57getting the heads
13:57onto the ball joint,
13:58certainly would recommend
13:59heating them up in hot water.
14:00I have heated
14:01two of the four.
14:03I think it was this one,
14:04and I think it was probably,
14:06maybe it was this one
14:07right here.
14:08And this is Full Crazy Pamela.
14:10I would say, really,
14:12despite the fact
14:12that this is the zaniest
14:13looking Pamela
14:14that we're getting,
14:15this is the one
14:16that probably looks
14:16the least like her.
14:18It may have also
14:19something to do with
14:19the fact that her face
14:20looks so distorted
14:20with her mouth open
14:21like this.
14:22That's Full Crazy Pamela.
14:24Oh, what are you doing
14:25to me, Neck?
14:26I'm so tempted
14:26to get another Pamela.
14:27I've seen people
14:28actually buy
14:29four Pamela Voorhees
14:30just so they can have
14:31the figure displayed
14:32in four different headscopes.
14:33I think in the end,
14:34if I was to go with one,
14:35I would probably go
14:36with either this one
14:36right here,
14:38or this is the one
14:39I'm really thinking
14:40about going with the most.
14:43If you have picked up
14:44Pamela Voorhees,
14:45let me know down below
14:45in the comments section
14:46which headscope
14:47you guys are going with.
14:48Now, this whole time
14:49of just talking
14:50about heads alone,
14:51obviously there's
14:51a whole lot more going on.
14:53Ginny has yet to wear
14:54this sweater.
14:55This is the first time
14:55that we're actually seeing
14:56this Pamela Voorhees
14:57very nice knitted sweater.
14:59Obviously, again,
14:59I told you that
15:00the top of the sweater
15:00is a little loose
15:01so you may want to
15:02kind of just bring this
15:02down a bit
15:03so you can see
15:03a little bit more
15:04of the black neck underneath.
15:05It's sculpted really well too.
15:08I was almost even tempted
15:09to bring in
15:10the Lady of the Lake,
15:11Pamela Voorhees,
15:11but again,
15:12it would have bared
15:13no resemblance at all.
15:14I think it would just
15:15be doing wrong
15:16to compare one figure
15:17to the other.
15:18Again, I don't have
15:18the retro cloth release
15:19of the two pack,
15:20Jason and Pamela
15:21just because it was going
15:21for stupid, stupid, stupid money.
15:23One thing I did want
15:24to also kind of mention too
15:25is that changing up the hands,
15:27I really kind of worried a bit
15:29because the pegs are so small.
15:31There were also stubborn pegs too
15:33that as I was twisting
15:34the hands around,
15:35I felt like I was really
15:36going to be breaking the peg.
15:38Now, if you feel that same way,
15:40I would probably even recommend
15:41maybe heating those
15:43also with a hairdryer.
15:44You could also use
15:45the submersion in hot water too
15:46if you wanted to.
15:48Let's go ahead
15:48and just plug
15:49one of these hands in
15:50and don't push it either.
15:52Don't feel the need
15:52to push your luck.
15:53Instead, just sort of
15:54twist it back and forth.
15:55There we go.
15:56Snap it in place.
15:58And the only other thing
15:59I would really probably say too,
16:00you know what,
16:01we'll give her two gripping hands.
16:03The Harry Savini hands
16:04would have been perfect,
16:05but again, like NECA,
16:06they have to kind of look
16:07at the cost of producing
16:08these figures too.
16:08They don't want to be
16:09wasting the time
16:09just for throwing in
16:11their Easter eggs
16:11that only is like
16:12the diehard fans
16:13are going to look at it
16:14and say,
16:14oh my God,
16:14I can't believe
16:15they totally threw
16:15in the Savini hands.
16:17For the figures articulation,
16:18I guess we'll kind of
16:19look at things quickly.
16:20Down below,
16:20she's got just
16:21the regular black slacks,
16:22hiking boots,
16:23nicely done here in black.
16:24There's some peggles,
16:25by the way,
16:25in the bottoms of her feet.
16:26The only one other thing
16:28I would say too is,
16:29and this kind of goes more
16:29into the possibility
16:30of the figure,
16:31she can't seem to quite
16:32pull off a full straight leg.
16:34She always seems to want
16:34to be like bent like this.
16:36I bring the leg forward,
16:37but I think a lot of it
16:38has to do with the fact
16:39that they've covered
16:40the kneecap with the sculpting
16:41for the top of the thigh.
16:42Because of that,
16:43it seems to almost want
16:44to push back
16:44the bottom of her calf
16:45so it doesn't sit
16:46completely straight.
16:48For the figures articulation,
16:49Pamela Voorhees' head
16:50is on a bulge.
16:51Yeah,
16:51it does rotate
16:51all the way around.
16:53It does look down.
16:54It does look up.
16:55You know,
16:55one other thing,
16:56here's the last thing
16:57I'll say before we kind of
16:58go through the rest
16:59of the figures and accessories.
17:00You can probably already see
17:00how passionate I am
17:01about this figure.
17:02A decapitated head
17:03would be perfect,
17:04just a little stump.
17:05I don't know how
17:06that really would have worked
17:07and I don't know
17:07how well a marketed stump
17:09would be for the top of the head,
17:10but a little stump
17:11just on top of her head
17:12would be ideal.
17:14Head rocks back and forth
17:15as well.
17:16It moves up and down.
17:16But again,
17:17like I would really recommend,
17:18don't push it down
17:19all the way.
17:20The moment you push it
17:20too far down,
17:21she's going to have
17:22like no neck whatsoever.
17:24The arm's going to rotate
17:25all the way around.
17:26They hinge out,
17:27not quite at 90 degrees,
17:28just a little less than that.
17:30Sadly,
17:31though,
17:31the figure does only have
17:31a single hinge in the elbow.
17:33Most Jason's sort of
17:34have fold that format as well.
17:35The hands rotate,
17:36or I should say
17:37the arms rotate
17:37all the way around.
17:38You can swivel the hands
17:39also all the way around
17:40and hinge them back and forth.
17:42The upper torso's
17:42going to be on a ball joint.
17:43The legs do split.
17:45One thing though,
17:46is that even though
17:47like the holster
17:48is sitting underneath
17:49her sweater,
17:50splitting the legs.
17:51I don't feel like
17:52I really want to split them all.
17:53Well,
17:53first of all,
17:54I'm not going to ever
17:54really display the figure
17:55like this anyways,
17:56but I don't know
17:56if I want to split it so far
17:58because it's going to be
17:58pushing this up.
18:00The figure does have
18:01a swivel at the top of the thigh,
18:02right there,
18:02right there.
18:03A single hinge on the knee
18:04allows the lower leg
18:05to rotate back and forth.
18:07Ankle pivot up and down
18:08and an ankle rocker as well.
18:11Pamela Voorhees
18:12isn't as far as I know
18:13a store exclusive.
18:14I think already other sites
18:15are picking up on this as well.
18:16So don't feel like
18:18the need necessarily
18:19to go on to NECA's store
18:20to order this one directly.
18:22If you want to choose instead,
18:23again,
18:23other outlets seem to be
18:24stocking this
18:25or starting to list them
18:26at least.
18:27Pamela Voorhees though,
18:28I never thought this day
18:29would ever happen.
18:30How excited as I am
18:33to be a Friday fan
18:34and now getting ourselves
18:35finally a Pamela Voorhees.
18:36Let's go ahead
18:36and get the machete
18:37into her hand.
18:38The hands,
18:39by the way though,
18:39are soft enough at least.
18:41You just take yourself
18:42the machete,
18:43wiggle that,
18:43wiggle,
18:44wiggle,
18:44into her hand.
18:45There we go.
18:47You can just bring that up
18:47just like that.
18:49I think honestly though,
18:50even though I've got her
18:50displayed right now
18:51with the machete,
18:52machete seems to mean more,
18:53not as much for her.
18:55I feel like I probably
18:55if anything would be
18:56displaying her with the oar.
18:57Is that a weird accessory
18:59that maybe you'd be
18:59putting in her hand?
19:00Maybe.
19:00But with the fact
19:01that she does have
19:02like four awesome
19:03looking head sculpts,
19:04even though this really
19:05isn't the one
19:05that I'm going to go with,
19:06honestly though,
19:07I also think that
19:07it's probably maybe
19:08the weakest
19:09that the head sculpts,
19:10and I don't say that
19:11in the way that
19:11like this is the head sculpt
19:13that I think
19:13it doesn't look at all
19:15like Betsy Palmer
19:15of anything.
19:16I would just say
19:17like there's better
19:17candidates out there.
19:19This probably would end up
19:20being my favorite.
19:21This is the one
19:21I'm probably going to be
19:22displaying with the figure.
19:23This one also is a good one
19:24as well.
19:24I mean, again,
19:25all of them are good.
19:26I can honestly see
19:26why people have decided
19:28to pick up more than one Pamela.
19:29I mean, obviously,
19:30this is the first time
19:30we've really gotten the figure
19:31in a fully poseable
19:33ultimate treatment,
19:34but with head sculpts
19:35looking this good
19:36and for a figure
19:37that came out of nowhere
19:38and all of a sudden
19:39they just dropped the listing.
19:40I just remember going
19:41one day to Facebook
19:42and NECA made the announcement
19:44a Pamela Voorhees
19:45ultimate figure.
19:45I sort of had to like
19:46I was rubbing my eyes
19:47I looked at the calendar
19:48down below in the bottom
19:49of my computer.
19:49Is it April 1st?
19:50No, it's not.
19:51It's not April 1st.
19:52Yet we got ourselves
19:52an ultimate Pamela Voorhees.
19:54Again, whether you want
19:55to have the figure displayed
19:56with Jason Voorhees,
19:57there was an image
19:58also online.
19:59I mean, this is usually
20:00something that circulates
20:01the web when it comes
20:02to Mother's Day.
20:03There always was
20:03that classic photo
20:04of an older Betsy Palmer
20:06pictured along
20:07kind of being held in hand
20:08by Friday the 13th Part 7
20:10Jason Voorhees.
20:11Some may choose to have
20:12the figure displayed
20:12that way as well.
20:14In the end though,
20:14it's definitely worth
20:16picking up if you're a fan
20:17of the Friday the 13th
20:17franchise and the films
20:18as a whole.
20:19Obviously, also, obviously,
20:21I mean, Mrs. Voorhees
20:22is the one that started it all.
20:23Even with her death,
20:24it caused then her son Jason
20:25to avenge her death
20:26in all the subsequent sequels
20:28that would follow.
20:29Here displayed in final looks
20:31is the ultimate Pamela Voorhees
20:32with Orr in her hand.
20:34What's missing though
20:34is obviously the lakeside beach
20:36and what's also obviously
20:37missing is Alice Hardy.
20:38I wonder if we are going
20:39to be getting an Alice
20:40at some point.
20:41I mean, I never really thought
20:43we would ever get ourselves
20:43a Pamela Voorhees
20:44and I think a lot of people
20:45just sort of speculated.
20:46I mean, is this really
20:47the end of the licensing
20:48that NET could have
20:49over Friday the 13th
20:50without obviously
20:51just reissuing
20:52the existing figures
20:53that they have right now?
20:54Sure enough, again,
20:55like just out of nowhere,
20:55Pamela Voorhees dropped
20:56and maybe it might just
20:58even open doors
20:58to future Friday figures.
21:00Pamela Voorhees
21:01does look the part.
21:02I mean, obviously,
21:02she's got herself
21:03the blue sweater.
21:04The only thing
21:04that's obviously missing
21:05is the stump
21:06on the top of her neck
21:07but I think it's
21:08a little morbid.
21:09I think it's rather morbid
21:09that the guy behind
21:10the camera is asking
21:11that a severed stump
21:12could have been
21:12a replacement part
21:13for one of the four
21:14swappable head sculpts
21:15that the figure has.
21:16I mean, outside of that,
21:17I mean, like all
21:18the other accessories,
21:19she has her axe,
21:20she has the knife,
21:21check, check, check,
21:21the bow, the arrows.
21:23I think the figure
21:24has everything
21:24that you would need
21:25and more reason
21:26probably to pick up
21:27more than one of these
21:28so you can have
21:28Pamela Voorhees
21:29displayed on your shelf
21:30in the different looks
21:31that she has in the film.
21:31All the various stages
21:33of insanity
21:33that she has
21:34near the final chapter
21:36of the film.
21:36No, not final chapter,
21:37Friday 4,
21:38the original one
21:39from 1980.
21:40Pamela Voorhees
21:41is available right now
21:42in I think most
21:43online sites
21:43and now starting
21:44to stalk her.
21:45I did originally
21:45order this one
21:46from the NECA's
21:46online site
21:47but I think, yeah,
21:48she's starting to probably
21:49show up in other places
21:50as well.
21:50Have you been lucky enough
21:51to pick this figure up?
21:52Let me know down below
21:53in the comments section
21:53and if you have,
21:55which of the four
21:56head sculpts
21:56have you had
21:57the figure displayed with
21:58and maybe what accessories
21:59do you have in her hands?
22:00If you guys did enjoy
22:01this video,
22:02do it a saw
22:02and throw it a like.
22:03You guys want to stick
22:04around for more so?
22:05Yeah, I hope so.
22:07We're not just starting
22:08and stopping
22:08with Pamela Voorhees.
22:09Oh no, my friends,
22:10there's going to be
22:10more NECA reviews
22:11coming your way
22:12for the rest of this week.
22:13So as always,
22:14thanks for watching.
22:15See you guys next time.
22:16I'll see you next time.
