00:07According to the EBC, through a series of nationwide outreach initiatives,
00:12it's been able to educate members of the public on several aspects,
00:16including polling locations, voters' rights, electoral regulations, and potential electoral offenses.
00:23The commission adds that 13,000 election officials and polling day staff have received training.
