A new multi-million dollar Community Centre has been commissioned for the people of Enterprise and environs.

The Community has also been promised an Access TT Centre.

00:00A soft launch of the Enterprise Community Center with a series of promised facilities to come.
00:09The commissioning of the center came with an apology from junior minister in the Ministry of Works
00:13and PNM candidate for Shigonis East, Richie Sukai, to the people of Enterprise for the time it took to complete the community center.
00:21He says when the project came to his attention, he lobbied the Ministry of Community Development for it to become a reality.
00:27The project was done by the Ministry through UD Court.
00:31This commissioning of this $10.4 million facility for Enterprise is a true beacon and a testament to you, our people.
00:44He expresses hope that a stigma that has fallen on Enterprise because of crime will be erased.
00:49The community center is expected to contain meeting rooms, training rooms, classrooms, a cyber cafe,
00:56and what Sukai refers to as state-of-the-art facilities, as well as cater to various programs including vocational and computer literacy.
01:05The center is a beacon of learning and growth for the residents.
01:09Sukai promises to use his business background to foster entrepreneurs at the center.
01:13The Ministry of Digital Transformation says so far it has established 23 access TT centers across the country
01:21and its National Digital Chief Officer, Denise White, indicates that very soon that service will be coming to Enterprise to benefit the young and the not-so-young.
01:31We have internet access, there are devices for people who need them, there's access to education, training, government services,
01:41and most importantly, all of these things are at no cost to the community residents.
01:50Meanwhile, Sukai calls on the people to take pride in the facility, utilize it to its fullest potential, and to preserve it.
