00:00a philadelphia police officer is being sued for sexual discrimination after creating a hostile

00:11work environment because he would not stop taking his pants off in front of other cops

00:17big deal i used to do it all the time we could have went after chuck for that years ago oh yeah

00:23i totally forgot about that it was a guaranteed laugh every time it's crazy officer uh jose

00:30dones and the city of philadelphia are named as defendants in the lawsuit filed by attorneys for

00:35a couple of different officers both officers work for the 26th district of the philadelphia

00:41police department according to the complaint dones a police officer for over 30 years would

00:47remove his pants directly beside and behind several police officers and stand in the open office

00:55in just his boxers instead of using the locker room or bathroom to change uh sometimes he'd uh finger

01:02the crack of his buttocks to pull a wedgie out okay right in front of everybody he'd uh then pull

01:09another pair of pants on over his underwear expose his back and stomach and adjust his stuff in his

01:16underwear while putting his pants on uh they also show him answering a phone call while wearing just

01:23his underwear i've done all this i don't know what you're showing like the newest cadets around and

01:29you're like and he's one of the best yeah he's one of the best we got he's answering the phone in

01:36yeah that's officer dones he's incredible you may see his stones on occasion but he is the guy

01:43there's a picture of the dude just so you can get an image of what he looks like

01:46that's that's him hey how's it going guys i'm officer dones problem he just he loves

01:53freeing it all up he's unorthodox but yeah he gets results he he fingers his butt crack every

02:01once in a while to relieve himself of underwear problems um three murder cases finger in his

02:08butt yeah it's the best it's when he's thinking the most uh uh there was another incident where

02:15a different officer walked by and was exposed to him nearly nude while he was trying to put his

02:22lunch in the fridge so he's bent over putting his lunch in the fridge and another cop walked by

02:27the dude's just in his underwear word of advice stay away from him during lunchtime he's the best

02:34there is but you have to stay away just uh maybe go out for lunch don't even go near the fridge we

02:42have our own fridge it's hidden from him his lawyer said hey he had no malicious intent right he didn't

02:50know anyone had a problem with what he was doing can you forward me the name of that lawyer just in

02:55case i just want it on file i just want it on file just want it on file you said about something

03:02chief god whoa man damn it you are your underwear again goodness gracious put your pants on that is

03:11can you please put your pants on or it'd be like come on in here yeah take your pants off and look at

03:18this it's like what he's the best it's like what he's the best it's the only way to solve the crime

03:24we we're getting nowhere on this one i need you to take your pants off and take a look at these

03:34he adjusted his underwear hey then you let it slide right listen if he was an amazing cop

03:55move like instead of the sunglasses on it's like his belt coming off what's that damn show called it

03:59was the uh c is yes c is yeah it's it's it's long gone by now dave yeah we did it we did thank you

04:10appreciate that yeah i couldn't get it up there fast enough that's what you said oh c is i is what

04:16it oh yeah and c is i get my c is there's so many there's too many i watch a lot of investigative

04:22murder shows too many so would you let it slide if someone was incredible like so we love chuck on the

04:29show yeah right but he has to do the show in his underwear yeah we let it slide he was in his

04:35underwear all the time right yeah i think for the right person if you know there's no sexual intent

04:40he's not a cop yeah but there was definitely sexual there was not sexual intent there for sure

04:44then you let it slide you're just lucky enough his wiener so small you can tell exactly you can't

04:49i mean you're not seeing anything i mean it was someone did walk in there that was not supposed to

04:54be it was supposed to be oh yeah it was supposed to be dave coming in there and it was going to be

04:58big laughs there's like a big hostage situation and he's gotta like go and yeah take it he's like

05:04hold on everyone bring in the hostage negotiator it's officer dones yeah he's gonna go in there

05:11and he's gonna figure it out dones take your pants off and talk to this guy easy what are your demands

05:17you solved it again he's amazing can't be fooled again yeah amazing yeah that time when you were

05:27trying to trick me and this like uh real bitch of a lady from the front office came in instead

05:33yeah she luckily liked me that she liked me because she was a real bitch to some people

05:38most people but she liked me was i in the room i believe you were you were in the room i was the

05:44only one not in the room i came back in the room you're laughing hysterically and just pulling his

05:49pants up because i believe i had taken everything off but my underwear oh yeah you were standing there

05:55in just your box yes just my boxers and shoes probably um look i like and was well i was upon an

06:03open doorway like this waiting for dave to come back in and it was not dave that walked in it's

06:09like one of my greatest fantasies and uh yeah so you know those days are gone but officer no pants

06:16will have his day in court soon what do you think should he be allowed to continue to be a cop as long

06:21as he keeps his pants on or do you think that i don't know i think something's wrong with him

06:27yeah i think something is wrong with him fine i guess there is if you take your pants off all the

06:34time and you can't control yourself there's something wrong and i'm in the fridge with

06:39just my underwear on putting my lunch away can i tell you like oh we gotta get rid of dave

06:44well it's like the 13th time we've told dave to put his pants back on i'm not telling him again

06:51somebody else he knows to put him on we don't have to keep reminding him um i do think though

06:58that once you're a cop though pretty tough to not be a cop so my guess is he'll be back on the force

07:05until his pants come off again and like now that it's a big deal and it's out he's got to keep his

07:10pants on maybe they'll allow him to wear like gym shorts in the office that's that's a hell of a

07:16like cop uniform top i don't know that again you're not exposed you still have a layer of

07:24clothing and that's the way okay so if a guy came into work off a bike ride and he's got spandex

07:29shorts on it's the same thing right i can't believe you're defending this i'm not i'm just saying like

07:36where do you draw the line you want to go pantsless huh he's like what's the big deal

07:43because i get older i just want to be pantsless more i get where he's coming from

07:49well i'm sure a lot of guys would love to be pants when i was at home doing the show and i

07:54wasn't wearing pants yeah that's true it's amazing it was nice had its upsides so i get it

08:00that's why he's putting the feelers out i do i think i think he's gonna be fine call hr would you

08:05yeah exactly you never called on chuck yeah remember when he never called on chuck when he

08:10was wearing nothing but his underwear underwear no issues there yeah you can't do it in this day

08:16and age though so but i'd be interested to see if they he just gets a warning and he's told never

08:20to do it again or if they just realize he can't be a cop anymore looks like he's done some good work

08:25there we'll have to see how this one plays yeah
