Dave & Chuck the Freak talk about whether or not you'd smile in a mugshot and Chuck reveals he had a friend who always looked like he was about to smile. This got him into some trouble when he was dealing with some police officers.

01:40it's like my biggest goal in life is not to have a mugshot never really even thought about it i'd be

01:52in your mugshot or not i did okay i guess it to put it into perspective what were you arrested for

02:01i was arrested for drunken disorderly i was 16 years old i was trash and i kept laughing

02:09and they were getting really mad at me to stop laughing and smiling and i was making like

02:14smiling faces and then they finally took it because i wouldn't stop and then i was asking

02:21for a copy and they wouldn't give me a copy 16 yeah 16 yeah a little drunken disorderly i mean at the

02:29end of the day you're getting a mugshot what's true yeah that's true like i had a buddy who when we

02:36were young he he would just every once in a while he would just get caught doing something stupid and

02:40he had a couple run-ins with the cops and he was the guy who couldn't help it but his face

02:46always looked like he was trying not to laugh like all that was his natural resting face

02:51it always looked like he was like trying fighting back a smile trying not to laugh

03:05he got taken down to the station the cops did not enjoy

03:11and they were like oh yeah and they got out some like old school phone books that's how long ago

03:20this was and they'd like put it against him and punched the phone book as hard as again

03:25yeah yeah they really have that look on his face

03:28he couldn't he couldn't help it it's the face we did to him all the time

03:34his nickname was dick so he had like resting laugh face yeah

03:42always looked like he was trying not to smile and trying and the more

03:48in trouble he would get for it the worse it would end up looking

03:53so yeah he they they really beat him good they beat him they didn't know that's just how he always

03:59looked they didn't they thought he they were like oh we can't break this one it's a wild one

04:03yeah he came out of there he had bruises all over himself oh my god he's like yeah they kicked

04:12the crap out of me so he talked like that too yeah this was yeah did he have an issue no he was

04:18great okay no he's fine we as in everything in life we probably exaggerated exaggerated rated it up

04:24to 12 but he definitely had that face and the cops didn't enjoy it uh been arrested several times

04:30always wanted to give them a big smile but i've never actually been able to in the moment

04:35so people who think they would don't know until they're actually in that spot i guess you could

04:40say you'd you'd smile in it but then when you're arrested you're like oh god yeah what have i done

04:44when i know the next step is i have to like probably show them my b-hole oh and make sure that

04:49things inside of it if that's still to come yeah like i'm probably not as excited i forget he'd be

04:54looking forward to that part yeah he'd be the one with the pretending not to smile face i got my jam
