There is a call for the Chief Justice the demit office now.

Senior Counsel Israel Khan made the call during an interview on the Tv6 Morning Edition on Tuesday.

00:06Marcia Ayres Caesar against the Chief Justice.
00:10The Privy Council found that she was indeed pressured by Chief Justice Ivor Archie to
00:16resign under threat of disciplinary proceedings.
00:20Today, Kan says what the Chief Justice did was unfair and he should step down.
00:26The first thing I would say is that the Chief Justice should immediately resign.
00:31He is calling on the Prime Minister to take action to ensure justice is served.
00:36This Prime Minister will have to decide whether he is a croon or the former Prime Minister
00:44and he is a puppet because he has the independent prerogative on the constitution.

01:04Senior Council Kan wants an independent tribunal set up to investigate the matter for moral

01:13An article in The Express said the Privy Council law lords found that Archie had exceeded his
01:19authority when he, acting on his own behalf, told Ayres Caesar what the Judicial and Legal
01:26Service Commission had supposedly decided in relation to the disciplinary proceedings.
