00:00On day 3 of the 2021 Arcana Autumn Sale, broodmares, fillies, and foals were on offer.

00:08The dispersal of the Magellan Brian bloodstock continued, providing the sale stopper.

00:14Fabulous Dragoness, a Group 1 winner, brought the hammer down at 300,000 euros.

00:18The half-sister to Blue Dragon was acquired for a new investor, Arnaud Fondrobé.

00:23She's carrying her first foal by no other than Dr. Dino.

00:27She's young, she's got the best talons, a very good service.

00:31So, I think that to start a breeding, and that's the case with the client who bought her,

00:37we could hardly do better.

00:39It is a very special day.

00:40The dispersal of such a racing colour, as you can imagine, is amazing, and an honour as well.

00:47Mrs. Brown probably has been watching us from where she is.

00:52It's been a very important day for the team and for our families.

00:59I think that the results speak for themselves.

01:02It's been an amazing sale, it's something that we will remember.

01:05A foal sister to Laterano Lot 703, Laterana, sold for 140,000 euros in foal to the Great Pretender.

01:12We bought her to go to Success Days, who is a stallion of Mr. Robert Ung's,

01:18who had a good week last week with his first foals, had a top price filly foal, which was great.

01:23And so, Mr. Ung was keen to support him, son of Jeremy, and we like the cross.

01:30Obviously, appreciate it, he's a super horse, it's the same cross as this.

01:33She was a lovely mare, beautifully presented by Richard Powell and his team.

01:37And so, we're really, really pleased they get her.

01:39Now, the Red Hat legacy continues, as Magdalene Bryant's family will keep on racing.

01:44We will see, hopefully, all the good champions that we've seen this season back on the track in 2022.

01:51And it shows to everybody that we still have owners,

01:56and the fact that we have big owners will give, as well, the aim for others to come into the sport.

02:02Écurie Drost acquired Black Luna, a listed winner, in foal to Masked Marvel for 125,000 euros.

02:09We had a real crush for her, and so we went a little bit over our previous budget,

02:18but we got her, so we're delighted.

02:20And this is a family that I am very fond of, that used to be Monsieur de Moussac's,

02:27one of the very good families.

02:29And before that, it came from the Puerhari family, who was, at that time, breeding at Molpère.

02:38So, she just comes back to the origin of her pedigree, and that's wonderful.

02:44The highest price tag for a foal was 83,000 euros, a colt by Dr. Dino, sold to Midlands Equine.

02:51With a new format over three days for the second consecutive year,

02:55the national hand-focused autumn sale encourages reinvestment.

02:59The total turnover of almost 12.9 million euros exceeded expectations.
