00:00Looking for the next stars of National Hunt was to focus on day two and three of the Arcana
00:08Autumn Sale, with two-year-old stores first taking the stage, followed by yearlings bred
00:13to jump. Years may pass, but as the 2023 renewal confirmed, the Dr. Dinos are as popular as
00:20ever. Lot 514, Las Gares du Matin, was the highest-priced two-year-old. Offered by Arras
00:26de la Haineuve, the gelding, whose dam won twice over the jumps, sold for 100,000 euros.
00:32Everything is by Dr. Dino, by a turgeon mare, from a good family, so a nice horse, vetting
00:39OK, so we go for it. The top prize for day two in the yearlings section went to lot 572.
00:48The half-sister by Dr. Dino to listed winner Fanny Berry brought 120,000 euros. The filly,
00:55sold by Arras de Molpere, will stay in France. We're looking for good fillies with good pedigree,
01:03with a good stallion, so obviously she's by Dr. Dino, and the filly from Gabi Linders,
01:09I think she's very good. At the start she'll be racing, and then a future broodmare, obviously
01:14that's the idea, to buy a filly like this, you know. The sun made a triumphal return
01:19for day three of the Autumn Sale, and Jérôme Glandet struck early, securing lot 225, another
01:25Dr. Dino. Offered by Fairway Consignment, the filly out of a half-sister to Martaline
01:30sold for 102,000 euros. Dr. Dino was also the sire of lot 684, who set a new historical
01:39record for a National Hunt yearling at 265,000 euros. The colt sold by Arras de l'HĂ´tellerie
01:46will be trained by Marcel Roland. It's a lot of money first, for a jumping horse, but we
01:52work with the same team as Jigmé. We get lucky, he's going to go to Marcel Roland,
01:56and we hope the same thing with him. Also expected to stay in France, lot 607, a colt
02:03out of a full sister to Interland brought 150,000 euros.
02:23Lot 722, a half-brother to Mombasa by Norris Cato, sold for 140,000 euros and will be trained
02:30in France by Jérôme Delonnet. We will make probably a partnership with many associates,
02:39and probably we will keep him as a stallion, if he improves, probably he has a good pedigree
02:46to be a stallion in the future. 150,000 euros was also the price tag for lot 713, a Galleyway
02:54colt out of the black-type winner Mambo Miss. No, he was the only Galleyway colt here, and
03:01we liked him, size and scope, good mover, vetted well, and look, we had to pay quite
03:08a lot of money for him, but it's been a good trade today, strong trade, good market, a
03:12bon marché, and look, the ones you want, you have to pay for.
