00:31The All Tobago Fisher Folk Association was paid $3 million by the THA in two tranches,
00:37as shown in these invoices provided to TV6 News.
00:41In confirming the monies were received by the association,
00:44President of ACFA Curtis Douglas called out Finance Secretary Petalane Roberts
00:50for paying other service providers and leaving the fisher folk wanting.
00:55He, however, did not go into details as to how the $3 million received by ACFA was disbursed.
