00:00Well, looking at Everton and their sort of resurgence under David Moyes, now obviously
00:07three wins in the Premier League took them just away from that gap in terms of the relegation
00:13battle, something they were certainly in up until David Moyes came in. I mean, he's just
00:18made a fantastic difference. Where do they sort of push on now from this and continue
00:24that form? Obviously, some tough games coming up, but I mean, you know, Everton seem really
00:29full of confidence at the moment. If you are looking at the teams down there, you look
00:34above them a little bit, you've got the struggles of Tottenham at the moment with their injury
00:37crisis and the way things are going there. Then underneath them, it's sort of Wolves,
00:41Leicester, Ipswich, they're sort of really, really struggling. I mean, Everton have made
00:46real good ground into becoming a side that are pushing away from that relegation zone.
00:51How sort of impressed with them have you been after these few results?
00:55Yeah, it's been good. It has. There's definitely been a lift, obviously, results say that and
01:00performances as well. It's not like Everton have ground out plucky 1-0 wins in the first
01:06game. They lost narrowly to Aston Villa. There weren't a lot of difference in the two sides
01:12by a proper goal scorer and Ollie Watkins putting the goal away. It's just took the
01:19shackles off Everton a little bit now. They're not playing total expansive football but they're
01:26playing effective football. It's nice to watch as well. It's quick, getting the ball forward,
01:33not passing it for the sake of it, but not going long as much as well, which I think
01:39a lot of fans are getting a little bit perturbed by those tactics under Sean Dyche. You only
01:45have to look at the goals he scores against Leicester. The first one was a long ball from
01:53the kick-off, but that's what happens with every team. The second goal, the third goal
01:57were really nice through balls that the vessel latched onto. Players are a little bit more
02:02confident, I think, to go out and express themselves rather than playing a game of percentages,
02:08which it was a lot under Sean Dyche. I think the players have been lifted. Obviously, David
02:14Moyes has come in and tweaked a couple of things in terms of the team. He's deployed Jake O'Brien
02:20as a right back. He didn't really get a look in under Sean Dyche despite arriving last summer
02:25for £16 million. Jesper Lindstrom, who really struggled after arriving on loan from Napoli,
02:32has been given a bit of a lease of life. Illuminati as well, David Moyes has said he
02:40wants him to carry the ball a little bit more. I think that's what one player is benefiting
02:47as well. Vitaly Mikhalenko even got fours and put crosses in, which didn't really happen under
02:52Sean Dyche. So the shackles have come off a bit. David Moyes will be delighted, but he knows there's
02:57a lot of hard work still to do.
