00:00The number of Influenza-like Illnesses and Dengue cases in the country went down from January 1 to 18.

00:07According to the Department of Health, the country recorded 5,789 cases of Influenza-like Illnesses on January 18,

00:17or 54% lower than 12,620 cases last year.

00:23One of the cases went down, or lower, by 96% compared to 26 deaths in 2024.

00:31According to the DOH, the top six cases are Influenza B, Rhinovirus, Enterovirus, Respiratory, Syncytial Virus, and Adenovirus.

00:43Meanwhile, 10,842 cases of Dengue were reported on January 18.

00:5021 cases went down.
