00:00Nakapagtala na ang Department of Health ng 17 kaso ng superflu sa bansa.

00:04Ang superflu ay variant ng influenza AH3N2,

00:10isang seasonal infectious disease na nagdudulot ng malatrang kasong sakit

00:14at kumakalat ngayon sa Europa at Amerika.

00:17Ayon kay Health Secretary Ted Herbosa,

00:19nadetekan sakit noong igatlong quarter ng 2025.

00:23Gumaling naman ang mga Pinoy na dinapuan ng superflu.

00:26Not alarming, but there is a new variant out there.

00:30So I think the warning I will give is for Filipinos

00:33that will travel to the temperate countries,

00:36that will go to North America, to the UK.

00:39If you're going there, be knowledgeable that there is a spread of superflu in that area.

00:44Maybe get the Northern Hemisphere vaccine.

00:48That's my best advice for them.

00:50Kung magta-travel kayo, bibisita kayo sa kamag-anak nyo sa malamig winter places.

00:55Get the shot.

00:56The Northern Hemisphere shot, not the Southern Hemisphere shot.
