00:07heavy to intense rains can be experienced in Quezon, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur,

00:13Albay, Sor Sugon, Catanduanes, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romlon.

00:18It is expected to be heavy to intense rains in Laguna, Batangas, Palawan,

00:24Marinduque, Masbate, Aklan, Capiz, Antique, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, Samar, and Biliran.

00:31Shirline is also affected in Metro Manila and other places in Luzon,

00:36so expect heavy rains.
