00:00For our countrymen who will celebrate the new year,

00:03there is a reminder of the importance of health for all of us.

00:12Again, the Department of Health reminded us

00:15of the first aid for fireworks-related injuries.

00:18For those who were injured or were injured due to explosions,

00:21do not leave a wound even if it is small.

00:24Immediately wash the wound with soap and clean water.

00:28Then cover it with a sterilized gauze or bandage,

00:32or wrap it with a clean cloth.

00:35If it is fractured,

00:36press the part that has a wound so that it stops

00:39and bring the victim to the nearest health center.

00:42For those who were hit in the eye,

00:44soak it in clean and warm water.

00:48Do not use ice water.

00:50Do not turn or move the affected eye.

00:54Cover it with a clean cloth or gauze.

00:57And immediately bring the victim to the emergency room

01:00to be given contra-tetanus

01:02so that it will not be infected because it is fatal.

01:05And for those who were hit by a bomb,

01:08do not force the victim to vomit.

01:10Instead, eat raw egg whites

01:14where there are 6 to 8 pieces for the child

01:18and 8 to 12 pieces for the adult.

01:21Meanwhile, for those who will clean after the celebration,

01:26do not immediately collect bombs that have not exploded yet.

01:30Avoid re-bombing of bombs that have already been bombed.

01:34And pour water and throw it properly

01:38for the safety of all.

01:41As of December 30,

01:42the total cases of bomb victims have increased to 163.
