00:21According to the health department, colorectal cancer is the third cancer that affects Filipinos.

00:28This is also the fourth cause of colorectal cancer in Filipinos.

00:31In addition to the DOH, 1 in 1,800 Filipinos can get it every year,

00:37especially those aged 50 years and above.

00:41Aside from gaining weight, they also get sick from unhealthy lifestyles,

00:45such as eating fat and processed foods.

00:48That's why they should take care of a balanced diet and follow the Pinggang Pinoy.

00:59Among the risk factors of getting colon cancer are paningarilio, obesity, and alcohol.
