Hundreds of children from the Port of Spain area were treated to food, gifts and lots of fun today, courtesy the MP for Port of Spain South, SC Keith Scotland. Scotland, who is also the Minister in charge of Policing, spoke with reporters at the event, and vowed to get a handle on the crime situation. Rynessa Cutting has more.
