00:00you know we talked about the the odds and being questionable at times I mean

00:07Brett Primus number one in this division for the lightweight title longtime

00:11veteran obviously 39 so long in the tooth here for a fighter but I mean the

00:14guy has a lot of wins previously fought for Bellator going against Rabotinov

00:18who you know has a lot of wins himself but plus 400 for Primus I mean I know

00:24this guy is like we said 39 years old now so getting maybe towards the end of

00:28his career but number one coming in here to this tournament are they

00:32undervaluing him because of his age or do you think that you know his

00:36submission game is not going to be enough keep the younger fighter off him

00:39from Russia you know what for Brett Primus he's had a fantastic run so far

00:46in the PFL it's also been very stylistically nice for him like Clay

00:49Collard I love Clay Collard who doesn't right but we know Clay Collard gets

00:54taken down pretty easily and he accepts fighting off his back which is like

00:57Clay's kryptonite and that's Brent Primus is bread and butter I don't care

01:00about the age Brent doesn't fight like he's 39 right doesn't he actually look

01:04he's gotten better as he's gotten older but a few fights ago in Bellator he did

01:07do a five round fight and he won but it was very slow he fought someone who

01:13didn't have the same level was grappling as him he was able to control him

01:16against Rabotinov he's not gonna be able to do that Rabotinov is a better

01:19wrestler a better striker if anything that number makes a lot of sense you

01:25know I can understand why people may take a shot on Primus right his

01:28striking is not great but he's got good power so if he lands he could drop you

01:31he's got he's got excellent jiu-jitsu and he's physically so strong but he's

01:36got to get the fight to the ground to win this one I don't see that happening

01:40I would take Rabotinov off to win inside the distance if you want to get cute

01:44and fancy around four or five TKO or KO I do think Primus is gonna burn out

01:49trying to get this fight to the floor and that's what Rabotinov is gonna take

01:52over all right and then we have one more on this main card and we get to the

01:57big boys everybody loves the heavyweights everyone looks for the

01:59finishes there right now you have Goldstaff number one versus Popov number

02:03two both these guys have had good runs Goldstaff all by finishing this one

02:07Popov two or three by decision so you know it could maybe go a little longer

02:11although I'm sure within the title fight with the extra rounds maybe that's a

02:14little bit of no deeper waters for these big guys if they start to gas out but

02:18Popov beat Linton Vassil Goldstaff over Tim Johnson in the semis what do you

02:22think of this one do is there a chance to maybe hitting over go the distance or

02:26is this one where you know it's gonna be a slugfest and someone's going down

02:29before this is over now you you you hit it right in the beginning of that

02:34question I do think I hope the books bless us with it over one and a half

02:37something tells me they're gonna go over two and a half to confuse us a little

02:41bit but you know how these two fighters so different right Goldstaff who's

02:45actually great on the ground he's got the better striking than pop-off and

02:49what we see that a pop-off is he's a good wrestler good cardio good control

02:52what scares me for Goldstaff you know is that he's been to the championship so

02:57many times you just can't get to win Linton Vassil took him down so easily if

03:01Vassil didn't burn out he may have won that fight Popov Popov has better

03:06wrestling than Linton Vassil we've seen him go three rounds with constant

03:09takedowns constant chain wrestling so for Goldstaff he's got to keep this on

03:14the feed both guys are so durable if we get an over one and a half I love love

03:19love that play if it's over two and a half we may get plus odds I don't hate

03:23that either I think this fight's gonna stay on the feed I think we're gonna

03:27get I think Goldstaff will get to win but the overs are the more attractive
