WHOLE SPICES
2 cloves
3 to 4 cardamom pods
1 or 2 star anise
OTHER INGREDIENTS
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
Few cashew nuts
1 medium small onion cut into small pieces
2 green chilies split
½ cup of cooked green peas(with a little bit of salt)
1 medium small potato cut into small pieces and cooked adding a little bit of salt
6 white bread cut into small pieces
The required amount of salt
1 teaspoon of garam masala powder
2 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of milk
PREPARATION TIME: 15 TO 20 MINUTES
COOKING TIME APPROXIMATELY: 20 MINUTES
CAN BE SERVED TO 2 TO 3 PEOPLE
CAN BE PACKED IN LUNCH BOXES
CAN BE SERVED AS BREAKFAST OR A QUICK DINNER
