Traditionally, it’s made with white fish, like cod, which absorbs the flavors beautifully. Here I have used kingfish.
The sauce base includes ingredients like coconut milk, green chilies and finely-chopped onions resulting in a rich creamy texture.

Some times I even serve it with bread, it tastes delicious!
