Turning to some muscle now...

Here's a female bodybuilder who is hoping to return to winning ways after being struck down by injury. Her name is Abeni Procope. Here's her story towards finding an unexpected solution to her recovery.
Transcript
00:00Well, for the better part of a year, female bodybuilder Abini Prokop has
00:03founded the Going Tough battling an ankle injury. She's known for competing
00:08in bodybuilding in the body fitness category and she has been involved in
00:12the sport for over 10 years. She progressed from bikini fitness in the
00:16amateur division before transferring to body fitness. Her hard work has seen her
00:21participate in the World Championships in Spain where she finished 10th.
00:26However, an injury stopped her upward mobility and surprisingly it did not
00:30happen in training.
00:57Before the injury she was preparing for the Arnold Classic and was told she
01:01would recover in time. However, the swelling in her foot did not subside
01:05over the expected period. She began to weigh her options relating to surgery
01:09but was scared about the procedure.
01:26With her options diminishing she considered platelet-rich plasma PRP and
01:44believes it worked to her surprise. PRP is said to be an injection believed to
01:49stimulate healing.
02:11Prokop is now hoping to be fit in time to do the Roger Boyes Classic in May
02:152025 as she aims to put her best foot forward doing what she loves.
