01:40The regulations may impose restrictions or requirements, yeah, persons, things, or premises

01:48with a threat to public health, and as I described, we know what that kind of stuff is.

01:52It enables departments, regional agencies, NGOs probably, or other persons they decide

02:00to impose such restrictions or requirements.

02:04In relation to a thing, it can be seized or detained, kept in quarantine, disinfected or

02:11contaminated, they can do what they want to the bodies as well, or in any other case,

02:16that thing be destroyed or disposed of.

02:20But in the case of a person, requiring a person to submit to examinations, be removed to a

02:27hospital or other suitable establishment, wonder what that might be, be detained in

02:33these establishments, kept in isolation or quarantine, require a person to be bleep or

02:41to receive other treatments, to be disinfected or deconned, that the person wear protective

02:48clothing, masks anyone?

02:50And a lot more, I'd say.

02:52That the person provide information or answer questions about the person's health or other

02:57circumstances, that the person's health be monitored and the results reported.

03:03Well, back to Billy.

03:04That the person attend training or indoctrination or propaganda or advice sessions on how to

03:11reduce the risk of the nonsense thing that's supposedly going on.

03:16That the person be subject to restrictions.

03:18Oh yeah, they like that.

03:20As to where the person may go or with whom the person has contact.

03:25That the person abstain from working or trading.

03:27Of course, we saw that in the cerveza.

03:30Yeah, destroy all the small businesses, mess everyone up and feed all the moolah to the

03:36big corporations and the big box stores.
