00:00In this video, I'm gonna show you exactly how to drive
00:02a large amount of traffic to your agency website.
00:05As you can see here, our website, OneBase Media,
00:07generates around 7,500 clicks a month.
00:10That's 7,500 people landing on our website
00:13every single month, checking out our content,
00:16and all of this traffic is from our ideal target audience.
00:18You can also see from our engagement rates
00:20that visitors are sticking around,
00:22which means our content is doing the job.
00:23This traffic translates to a huge number of leads
00:26for our agency, and I'm gonna break down
00:28exactly how we do it.
00:29I'll walk you through the steps we take
00:30to generate these leads, so you can do the same
00:32for your agency.
00:33So if you're looking to grow your website traffic
00:35and generate more leads, this video is for you.
00:38Now, the first thing you need to do
00:39is niche down your website, and what I mean by this
00:42is choosing a specific target audience or avatar
00:45that you can serve really well.
00:46You need to identify who your ideal clients are,
00:49understand their business,
00:50and pinpoint the issues they're facing.
00:52The key is to really understand your client's pain points
00:55and then build your website content around that.
00:57A common mistake I see with a lot of agencies
00:59is trying to offer too many services
01:01to too many different types of clients.
01:03They might have a dropdown menu on their website
01:05with services for e-commerce, local businesses,
01:07dentists, chiropractors, and so on.
01:10This can be confusing for potential clients
01:12who land on your site.
01:13They might not be sure what you specialise in,
01:14and this confusion could stop them from making an inquiry.
01:17When you're offering 100 different services,
01:18it's hard for your ideal client to feel like
01:20you're the right fit for them,
01:21because your message isn't directly addressing
01:23their specific needs.
01:25Now, I'm not saying that a broad approach
01:26doesn't work for some agencies.
01:28It definitely can.
01:29But if you want to cut through the noise and grow quickly,
01:31I highly recommend niching down.
01:33Focus on a specific type of client
01:35and speak directly to them through your content.
01:37This will not only help you attract more traffic,
01:40but also ensure that the traffic you do get
01:42is more likely to convert into leads.
01:44So for instance, if you type in law firm marketing on Google
01:47and look at the first page,
01:48you'll notice there are companies
01:49that specifically cater to marketing for lawyers.
01:52Let's take a look at one of these websites.
01:54Okay, you can see headlines like,
01:56get more clients with a law firm marketing agency.
01:58And it's clear they're targeting a specific niche, law firm.
02:01Now, when we run this website's domain through Search Atlas,
02:04it shows us how well this site is performing.
02:06You can see that they're an SEO and marketing agency
02:09exclusively for law firms,
02:11and their messaging is tailored to help grow law firms.
02:13You can also see they're generating
02:15a significant amount of traffic from the United States.
02:17And the impressive thing is,
02:18this is a relatively new website.
02:20It's only been around a few years,
02:22but the traffic has grown considerably.
02:25They're getting around 7,500 visitors each month.
02:27This is exactly what I mean by the power of niching down.
02:30If we look at their pages,
02:31they've created highly specific content
02:33like best law firm websites,
02:35best SEO companies for lawyers and attorneys,
02:37and best law firm accounting software.
02:40And what they're doing here
02:40is strategically targeting their content
02:43to attract their ideal audience.
02:44So when a law firm searches for accounting software
02:47and lands on their page,
02:48they're not just checking out the accounting software,
02:50they're also being introduced
02:52to this company's marketing services.
02:53It's a smart way to get their ideal client
02:55onto their website and engage with their content.
02:58They've also got content like personal injury statistics
03:01and counsel versus partner,
03:03all highly relevant topics for law firms.
03:05This approach allows them to cut through the noise
03:07and speak directly to a specific audience,
03:09effectively turning their website
03:11into a lead generation machine.
03:12This is how you can really stand out
03:14and attract the right kind of traffic
03:15that's more likely to convert into leads for your business.
03:18And this is exactly what we do on our own website.
03:21We focus specifically on tradespeople,
03:23predominantly in the UK,
03:24although we do have clients from all over the world.
03:27We use the term tradespeople
03:28to clearly define our target market.
03:30The next key point to consider
03:31is shifting the conversation from your services
03:34to the outcomes you provide.
03:36Honestly, people don't care about the fact
03:37that you offer PPC or digital marketing services.
03:40What they're really interested in
03:42is how you can solve their specific problems.
03:44In our experience,
03:45tradespeople have particular pain points
03:47such as they might find themselves stuck
03:49doing small, odd jobs
03:50rather than landing bigger, more profitable projects.
03:53They may also struggle to get work consistently
03:56throughout the year.
03:57So what we do is help them secure larger,
03:58more lucrative jobs
04:00and maintain a steady flow of work all year round.
04:02We also address another common concern here on our website,
04:05such as the belief that working with a marketing agency
04:08will take ages to show results.
04:10Right off the bat, we tackle this on our website
04:12by emphasising how quick and easy it is
04:14to get started with us.
04:15By narrowing our focus,
04:16we not only understand our clients' challenges better,
04:19but can also speak directly to them on our website.
04:22We list these common issues right on our homepage.
04:24When potential clients visit our site
04:26and see that we truly understand their struggles
04:28and have solutions tailored for them,
04:30they're more likely to engage with us
04:31and get started right away.
04:33Another key element
04:33is having a simple navigation on your website.
04:36Like I mentioned earlier,
04:37many agency websites tend to have a dropdown menu
04:39under the services tab
04:40with a tonne of different services listed.
04:42This can be confusing for visitors
04:44as they're bombarded with all these different options
04:46and a lot of technical jargon
04:47that they might not even understand.
04:49Instead, what you want
04:49is a clean, straightforward navigation.
04:51People visiting your site
04:52usually want to see a few key things.
04:54They want to know who your team is,
04:56they want to understand how your services work,
04:58and they want to see results.
04:59The results page is really important
05:01because it shows potential clients
05:02that you've achieved the outcomes they're looking for
05:04with other clients in their industry.
05:06We also make sure to push out a lot of content,
05:08like videos, podcasts, and articles
05:10to keep the site engaging and informative.
05:13And then, of course,
05:14there should be a simple Get Started button
05:15that makes it easy for them to take the next step.
05:17And that's pretty much the gist of it.
05:19Keep your website navigation simple
05:21and focused on what your visitors actually want to see,
05:24and you'll make it a lot easier
05:25for them to become your clients.
05:26Next, you want to make sure you're targeting
05:28the right keywords that your potential audience
05:29will be typing into Google.
05:31For example, if you're targeting roofers or plumbers,
05:33you need to think about what those professionals
05:35are actually searching for.
05:37They're probably not just typing plumbing into Google.
05:39They're more likely looking for something
05:40like plumbing leads, plumbing lead generation,
05:43or plumbing marketing companies.
05:45So let's say we're focusing on plumbers in the UK.
05:47We'd go into Search Atlas,
05:48put in our keyword, plumbing lead, over here,
05:51and then set the location to the UK.
05:53As you can see, this keyword is getting
05:54a decent amount of searches each month.
05:56You can also see data like the cost per click,
05:59traffic potential, and keyword difficulty,
06:01which helps you figure out how competitive the keyword is.
06:04In here, you can also see different keyword variations,
06:06like plumbing job leads, plumbing leads free,
06:09and plumbing leads London.
06:10These are all very targeted searches
06:12from potential customers who are ready to engage
06:14with a company to get more leads.
06:15And once you have this list of keywords,
06:17you can start creating content around them.
06:18For example, if you're focusing on plumbing leads,
06:20you could build a service page explaining
06:22how you generate leads for plumbers
06:24with a call to action and a contact form
06:25to capture those leads.
06:27You can also create blog posts that dive deeper,
06:29like how to run Google ads for plumbers,
06:31how to run Facebook ads for plumbers,
06:33or best ad copy to use for plumbers.
06:35By building this kind of content
06:36and targeting these keywords,
06:37you'll gradually rank higher on Google.
06:39Over time, this will help you generate more leads
06:41for your agency as you're addressing exactly
06:43what your target audience is searching for.
06:45Finally, you need to have a clear call to action
06:47throughout your website.
06:48A common mistake on many agency websites
06:50is to only have a contact page
06:51or a single CTA in one spot.
06:53Instead, you want to have CTAs strategically placed
06:55throughout your site,
06:56so that no matter where visitors are,
06:58they can easily see and access them.
07:00You also need to constantly post articles
07:02and blogs on your website.
07:03For example, on our website,
07:05we consistently post content like
07:06construction account roles and responsibilities,
07:09how to rank higher on Google Maps,
07:11and Google ad hacks for service businesses.
07:13These types of articles address common challenges
07:15our clients face and provide them with valuable insight.
07:17When you post content on your website,
07:19you should also share it on your social media channels,
07:21like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
07:24This increases your reach and helps drive traffic
07:26back to your website.
07:27We also repurpose a lot of our YouTube videos
07:29and convert them into blog posts.
07:31So for a video on how to rank higher on Google Maps,
07:33for example, we'll transcribe the content,
07:35clean it up, and turn it into a blog post.
07:38This way, visitors can either watch the video
07:40or read the article, depending on their preference.
07:42The idea is to churn out content at a scale
07:44that helps your ideal audience solve their problems.
07:47The more value you provide, the more likely they are
07:49to see you as an expert in your field.
07:50Some people worry about giving away
07:52too much information for free,
07:53but this is similar to the Alex Hormozy strategy
07:56of giving away as much valuable information as possible,
07:58so when people see the depth of your knowledge
08:00and the value you provide, they're more likely to trust you
08:03and eventually engage with your business.
08:05Thank you for watching until the end.
08:06I hope you got a lot out of the video.
08:08So our goal here is to help you generate
08:09the best quality leads so you can fill out your diary
08:11with more customers and grow your business,
08:14and that's it from me.
