00:28upon completing his jail sentence. The offence was committed on Jalan Limbongan in Klebang
00:33on November 29, 2021. The accused's lawyer had applied for a stay of execution of the sentence,
00:41saying that his client required specialist treatment after sustaining a hip injury
00:46following the incident. The prosecution objected to it saying that the accused will be able to
00:51receive treatment in prison. The court allowed the stay and increased bail to 20,000 ringgit
00:57with one surety.
