00:06restoration project to turn it into a luxury apartment complex.

00:10Ryber Castle, which overlooks Matlock, is one of the area's most recognisable landmarks

00:15and it was last used as residential accommodation in the 1930s, in between spells as a boarding

00:20school and a zoo, before falling into a ruin amid several aborted restoration plans in

00:25the 20th century.

00:27The first new homes in the Grade II list of property have now gone on the market, with

00:30a price tag that fits such an exclusive address.

00:33Matlock estate agents Dales and Peaks are marketing three flats in the castle for £650,000

00:40and £950,000, promising a unique blend of historic charm and modern sophistication.

00:49Three men have been arrested after an illegal cannabis farm was discovered in Ilkeston.

00:54Officers from the Ilkeston Safer Neighbourhood Team discovered the illegal cannabis grow

00:58in a house on Wentworth Street.

00:59The plants were found after a drug search was conducted at the address, following community

01:03intelligence about suspicious activity at the house.

01:07Three males were arrested at the scene and released pending further investigation.

01:10The plants were removed by officers.

01:13PC Richardson of the Ilkeston Safer Neighbourhood Team said,

01:16This is our seventh cannabis grow detected and destroyed in Ilkeston over recent weeks.

01:21This type of illegal activity puts everyone at risk, as very often electricity is dangerously

01:26diverted, and in this case, the electricity meter had already been overloaded and was

01:31badly burnt.
