00:11MACC Deputy Chief Commissioner Ahmad Qusayri Yahya said, based on an audit report submitted
00:17by the Ministry, the Anti-Graft Agency has identified several issues that require documents
00:22and statements from the involved parties.
00:26He said MACC has formed a special team to address issues related to investment, fund
00:31management and training, as well as property purchases.
00:36Qusayri also said a few people would be called in for an interview under Sections 18 and
00:4123 of the MACC Act 2009.
00:45The 2024 Auditor General's Report recommended the Ministry refer HRD Corp's management
00:50to the enforcement agencies after the company failed its audit.
00:55The Public Accounts Committee also revealed that the company's investment panel had not
01:00reported its activities to its Board of Directors, with levies collected aggressively used for
01:05high-risk investments.
