00:00I've been informed today, there was a news from one portal about the, in the PAC meeting,

00:09there's one officer who have been quoted that the case have been closed.

00:14But actually, I don't know at what angle of this officer is quoting about that issue.

00:22But generally, we open up a few files against HRD Corp, all the investigations still ongoing.

00:29And then, I have directed my officers to inform PAC that could be,

00:37what the officers meant about the case being closed could be at one of the files.

00:44But generally, the file is still with the investigators and yet to be decided by the Deputy Public Prosecutor.

00:52As what we mentioned, we cover a few aspects including about procurement, about investment and so forth.

00:58So, could be when he answered the question in PAC, could be he only looking into one scope.

01:05That could be what transpired in the PAC. I cannot comment so much on that.
