00:00Hello and welcome to another video, today I'll be unboxing this.
00:09These are, well it's a packet, it's got two of them in it, are car adapters for the Game
00:15Boy.
00:16You can use these to plug into the accessory socket of a vehicle, and as you can see it's
00:20got 12 volts, and you can use that to power the original Game Boy.
00:27Let's cut this open, there we go.
00:49Let's take the first one out, and here's the second one.
00:55So as you can see it's got the line art that you're used to from this sort of 1980s, 1990s
01:02time period for Nintendo products.
01:04There's the car adapter, the Game Boy stuff up there, it says VG-001.
01:09It's got a diagram in case you're not sure, so you can plug it into the Game Boy through
01:15a little jack there, and you just plug that into the accessory socket in your vehicle.
01:21And it tells you to take the top off to replace the fuse if that breaks.
01:27So this is for sale and use in Japan only, it's got the barcode there.
01:31It seems to have been added on top just using a sticker.
01:38And it's got a picture of a car there, 12 volts.
01:41Let's open one of these up and have a look inside.
01:44Let's put that to the side for now.
01:50OK, let's slide this out.
02:01So we've got the end of it, the little babble jack, this small connector.
02:12And here's the actual socket itself, it's got a little nut in there.
02:17We've got this Phillips head screw, and here we've got where you plug it in.
02:25It's very strong, these metal springs here.
02:29I don't know if you can push it in quite some ease, but it's quite thick, and you can push
02:35it in, but you've got to be easier.
02:38And here we have just the end.
02:41And of course this will unscrew, in real fact it's the fuse.
02:46It's a colour adapter, so it's got pilot.
02:49Put it in there so it'll light.
02:51It's got the sort of output information for what the output voltage is, so it goes from
02:5612 volts to 6 volts.
02:58And we have some transformer inside here.
03:02It's got a little light so you know that it's plugged in.
03:07So there's not much else to show, there's not any instruction manuals in the box or
03:12anything, so that's it for this video.
