00:06so if you are trying this it is a Woolworths brand
00:09beef lasagna Woolworths has two different beef lasagnas
00:13this is the more expensive of the two this one is
00:17375 grams one serve and is ready in nine minutes
00:21so it's made with Australian beef and a bolognese sauce
00:25it's got pasta and topped with a sprinkling of cheese
00:28it says high protein more than half Australian made
00:35same picture on the other side
00:38this is beef lasagna on the left
00:40it's got all the nutrition information just on the side here
00:44it's got quite a long shelf life 2023
00:48what do you suppose that it is just over a year now
00:52sometimes I forget that it's already 2022
00:56let's open this up
01:04and here it is
01:06so it's in a white plastic tray with this to fill on top
01:10like you normally get
01:10it's got water droplets that are frozen on the top
01:15it says beef lasagna in case you're not sure what it was
01:19as you can see it's got some herbs on top as well
01:23slightly bulging at the bottom
01:25so here's the instructions as to
01:28pierce the film twice with a fork
01:29put it in for six minutes into the microwave
01:32peel the film off and put it into another two
01:36so I'll do that
01:37and I'll come back once I've finished cooking it
01:39and here it is all actually made
01:43as you can see it's got this cheesy surface on top
01:46it's got little herbs in there as well
01:50slightly burnt just around the side
01:52obviously it's dried up quite a bit
01:55so let's try some
02:00let's try the cheese on top first
02:07it's quite creamy
02:09this is what you know what you'd expect to get on the lasagna
02:13that nice salt on top
02:17so let's cut a piece out
02:21we've got the mints down here
02:25it's better to cut with this fork
02:32it's peeled for the whole lasagna sheet there
02:35let's try it
02:36it's got a bit of everything
02:37a bit of lasagna sheet, a bit of meat
02:42you can see the smoke coming out
02:44pretty generic
02:45this is a decent lasagna
02:51I think that's a piece of carrot in it
02:54you don't normally see carrot and lasagna at least I don't
03:05there's some hard bits in it, I'm not sure what that is
03:07maybe that's the carrot
03:09or it's a bit of dried out something else
03:15this certainly seems fine
03:16it's a pretty decent lasagna
03:18it tastes fairly good
03:20so I guess that's it for my review
