00:28 that convinced that Brock Bowers is a generational pick at tight end.

00:32 I think he's a little bit closer to Kyle Pitts maybe than people wanna imagine.

00:37 Now, why is Brock Bowers gonna be a top ten pick?

00:40 Why would he be?

00:41 I mean, he led a national championship Georgia Bulldogs team in receiving,

00:46 playing with a bunch of other NFL wide receivers, right?

00:49 Ladd McConkie was there,

00:51 Aidy Mitchell who transferred to the University of Texas was there.

00:54 It was a roster full of NFL guys.

00:58 But one thing we do know conclusively, and

01:01 NFL teams know this too, is that the athletic testing for tight ends really

01:05 matters, it's very hard to be a super productive NFL tight end without being

01:09 basically a freak, and he didn't do the athletic testing.

01:13 And I think he knows why he did not do the athletic testing,

01:18 which is it could only cost him money.

01:20 He's gonna be a first round pick, some team is gonna take him, but

01:23 if he runs a 4-6-2-40, doesn't do particularly well in the agility drills,

01:30 maybe only puts up, I don't know, 17 reps on the bench press or something.

01:34 It's just, it's not great for him.

01:37 So I think his agent told him to do the smart thing, which is get your money,

01:40 we know you can play, you're a good football player,

01:42 you've got a good chance to earn your second contract as well.

01:45 Let's not sweat it.

01:47 And again, I think the only team in the top ten that makes sense is for

01:52 the Jets to take him, and the Jets have a lot of holes, right?

01:54 The Jets need offensive linemen, the Jets need secondary, so

01:58 I'm taking the over on Brock Bowers at 12.5 with less money.
