00:09Well, if we're going to talk about a dog, I'm really having a hard time at this juncture on a Tuesday.

00:16But I do think, besides Du Plessis and the main event, that's a good, solid dog you can sink your teeth in.

00:23I think the next one could be, and I'm a little bit hesitant to say it,

00:27because for the last few weeks, I've been pounding everyone on my podcast at what a huge advantage age is in these fights.

00:36And if you're six years or more younger than the younger combatant, you have 62 or better chance of winning.

00:45And in this fight, which is a light-rink fight between body and three—

00:49So six years younger. Sorry, Lou.

00:49So sorry, Lou, just for the record.

00:51So fighters six years younger win 62% of the time.

00:54Yes, and as the age grows more, it can get more obtuse than that.

01:00Now, in this fight, Bobby Green, 38, and Diego Ferreira, who most people would say, well, he's 38 too.

01:07No, he's just been around a long time. He's 32.

01:10So Green is six years the older man.

01:13So the advantages are lying with Ferreira.

01:16However, you've got to handicap the styles and the fighters.

01:20And while Ferreira is the longer, taller man, he's violent for six, seven minutes before he really starts to go to the other side and slow down.

01:30Bobby Green's style, still rife with athleticism, strike evasion, and the pitter-patter offense, I think can survive by using his footwork,

01:41staying out of range, taking this fight to the second half of the fight, where I do believe Bobby Green will hold advantage.

01:48This one is another one where you're going to have to weather somewhat of a harrowing first five minutes.

01:54But I don't think Diego Ferreira, even though he's the younger man, has the speed to catch up with Green.

02:00I like Bobby Green in this matchup a little bit.

02:03And you can catch him currently at plus, what, 140, 145 or so?

02:08I just love the fact that Bobby Green and Michael Venom Page are in the same building again.

02:14That's a lot of ego in one building alone.

02:17Like, we haven't even gotten that.

02:18What about Michael Venom Page?

02:20Speaking of age, right?

02:21I mean, I used to have this guy on the show so many years ago.

02:24And I guess he was, was it Bellator or whatever, the World Series of Fighters, whatever the hell he was in.

02:30And he's come a long way.

02:33He's still, you know, he was really crazy then with his style.

02:36But he's still athletic for his age, Lou.

02:38He's not a young man, but he's still athletic for his age.

02:41What do you think about him, though?

02:42But he's nearly a two-to-one favorite.

02:43I see minus 188 right now.

02:46Gabriel, he's sick athletic.

02:48I mean, he's really got it all.

02:50Six to 38, though.

02:51He's like 38, too, though.

02:53He's 38, which is crazy.

02:54He doesn't act 38.

03:03He's very strike evasive.

03:05And so he hasn't taken tremendous damage.

03:09As he can be in this fight, Cannoneer will be worried about cutting the cage and trying

03:17to corner the more athletic, nimble, flamboyant striker, if you will.

03:24He said that's exactly what I'm sorry.

03:28He said, I'm going to cut off the cage.

03:30Easier said than done, as we talked about sort of like cardio stuff.

03:34He's a hard guy to cut off the cage, because you can't replicate fighting against Venom

03:40You can't get a training partner that's going to be as weird as he is in the octagon.

03:45That's a really good point.

03:47I totally agree with it.

03:48And therefore, it lies the foundation of this handicap.

03:53Can Michael Venom Page keep Cannoneer at distance?

03:56Because if Cannoneer can plant his forehead on Michael Page's chest, press him into a corner

04:02and go to the body, use some leg kicks, then Cannoneer will hold advantage.

04:06But getting Page corralled against the fence into a corner, easier said than done, as you

04:13say.

04:13But this should be a really great fight.

04:15A 38-year-old and a 41-year-old, in this case, Venom Page, the younger man, and that's

04:21why he's famous.
