T&T have a slender edge after two days of their Regional Four-Day match against Windward Islands Volcanoes at the Queen's Park Oval.
Team Red Force resumed on 89 for 1 and were bowled out for 294, with Tion Webster getting 107 not out.
That gave the home team a lead of 103 runs.
Batting a second time, the Volcanoes closed on 68 for 2 and are 35 behind, with eight wickets in hand.
