Five people killed on Northern Territory roads overnight

Five people have been killed overnight in two separate crashes on Northern Territory roads.

00:32 Meanwhile a fifth person, a male pedestrian, lost his life in Darwin's rural area after

00:37 he was hit by a car along the Stuart Highway.

00:41 Police say the driver pulled over to help and called emergency services.
