00:00 Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.
00:24 Alhamdulillahi fil ardi was-samaa wa salatu was-salamu alaa karamil quraamaa wa alaa alihi wa sahbihi wal a'imati wal aulamaa.
00:32 Respected viewers and listeners, once again we are here with the program Asr-e-Hazir and Ahkaam-e-Deen.
00:39 As you know, we are here with a jurisprudence topic.
00:44 First we discuss that topic, then we include your calls, address your queries and entertain your calls.
00:53 So first we will discuss our topic, then we will continue to answer your calls and at the right time we will answer your calls.
01:01 I would like to explain that our programs are officially available on YouTube, on the official channel of ARYQ TV.
01:11 They are also uploaded on the official page of ARYQ TV.
01:15 So if you want to watch them later and if you are unable to watch them now or if you want to watch them again and want to remember something,
01:22 then you can refer to those pages and channels and watch them.
01:26 Similarly, if someone's call is left unanswered, we include it.
01:31 Although it is included in the next episode, but it is included.
01:35 Your answers are given to everyone.
01:37 Alhamdulillahi Rabbil Alameen.
01:40 So let's talk about the topic first. We were talking about Wudhu and we mentioned that Wudhu has four obligations.
01:49 We have already discussed the first obligation, the second obligation of Wudhu, and the third obligation of Wudhu.
01:58 Today we will talk about the fourth obligation of Wudhu and we will answer your questions in this regard.
02:07 So we had mentioned the first obligation of Wudhu, that the first obligation of Wudhu is to wash the face.
02:12 The second obligation of Wudhu was also mentioned in detail.
02:15 All the details of it were mentioned, that washing both hands and elbows.
02:19 The third obligation of Wudhu is to massage the head, the fourth head massage at least.
02:23 We had also discussed this.
02:25 Now today we will discuss the fourth obligation.
02:27 The fourth obligation is to wash both feet including the ankles.
02:32 Washing both feet including the ankles is the fourth obligation of Wudhu.
02:39 It is necessary to fulfill these four obligations.
02:41 There are some other things besides these four obligations, which are called Sunan, Mustahabbat, Adab.
02:48 These are additional things.
02:51 If these are there, it is a good thing. The reward increases.
02:53 But these four things, the four obligations that were mentioned, are necessary.
02:57 Without these, Wudhu is not possible.
03:01 Now the fourth obligation of washing the feet is to wash both feet including the ankles.
03:06 Now in this washing both feet including the ankles, all the same rules that we have mentioned earlier,
03:11 that if there is something that is supposed to reach the water, it is necessary to remove it.
03:18 The details of washing the face, massaging the head, washing both hands including the elbows,
03:27 the details that we had told, all the same details are here too.
03:30 Whether it is a matter of nail polish or anything else,
03:33 in that case, all the same rules that we had mentioned earlier,
03:36 the two obligations that we had mentioned earlier, all the same rules are mentioned here too.
03:41 Similarly, it is necessary to remove those things that were necessary to be removed there.
03:45 Those that were not necessary to be removed there, it is not necessary to remove them here too.
03:50 Now let's come to the point that sometimes it happens that someone's organ is not present,
03:56 it is cut off, it is lost in an accident or it is not from the head and he has replaced it with a fake organ.
04:04 Now what is the command in this case?
04:06 Whether it is the arm or the foot, if someone's fake foot is attached or someone's fake arm is attached,
04:13 then is it necessary to wash it in the ablution or not?
04:16 See, the command in this case is that it is necessary to wash the real organ.
04:20 If the real organ is not present, then since the space of the obligation is no longer left from the head,
04:27 so it is not necessary to wash it, it is not necessary to massage it,
04:31 now that obligation is cut off from the head.
04:34 The obligation is at the same time that when the real organ is present.
04:37 If someone has an artificial arm attached, or an artificial hand or an artificial foot,
04:44 then it is not necessary to wash it.
04:46 Yes, it is necessary to be careful that if so much part is attached,
04:49 then the real part of the organ should also be present with it.
04:52 For example, if someone has attached,
04:54 there is a caller with us, let me take the call first and then we will complete it.
04:59 Assalamu Alaikum.
05:01 Assalamu Alaikum.
05:05 Wa Alaikum Assalam.
05:08 Wa Alaikum Assalam.
05:10 Turn off the sound of your TV set, mute the volume.
05:15 I want to ask you that when someone goes for spiritual treatment,
05:21 they say that according to Ilm-ul-Adaab, your taste, or for health, or for children, or for marriage,
05:30 and some say that according to Ilm-ul-Falqiyat, according to Ilm-ul-Falqiyat,
05:37 you tell your exact date of birth, time, and everything else, so is all this for us?
05:45 Ok, I want to ask this.
05:47 Ok, I will tell you whether it is permissible to make this taste or not.
05:51 Stay with us, InshaAllah, when we will come to the questions, we will include your question also.
05:58 So, I was saying that is it necessary to wash the artificial organ or not?
06:03 In this regard, a little detail is that if the original part of the real organ is still a little bit attached,
06:11 then in this case, it will be necessary to wash that part, not the artificial part.
06:15 And if the real organ is removed from the head, God forbid, the whole leg is artificial,
06:21 that is, the feet, the ankles were necessary to be washed, the feet are not present from the head,
06:25 the whole leg is artificial, so in this case, since the real organ is not present from the head,
06:29 then there is no need to wash it, nor is it necessary to massage it, nor will it be washed, nor will it be massaged.
06:33 But if the real organ is still a little bit present, then in this case, the real organ is washed,
06:38 and if the washing is required, then in this case, the real organ will have to be massaged.
06:43 We have a caller with us. Assalamu Alaikum.
06:46 Assalamu Alaikum.
06:50 Assalamu Alaikum.
06:54 Wa Alaikum Assalam.
06:55 Yes, please.
06:57 I am Mohammad Arsalan speaking from Karachi.
06:59 Yes, please tell me.
07:00 I just wanted to know the meaning of my daughter's name.
07:05 Many people tell me that your daughter's name is not correct, change the name.
07:09 Yes, please tell me.
07:10 Tell me.
07:12 Yes.
07:15 My daughter's name is Mirha Arsalan.
07:18 Okay, I will tell you.
07:25 Stay with us. Inshallah, when you will be given the answers at the end,
07:28 then we will start answering your questions.
07:30 So, I was telling the viewers, regarding the artificial organ,
07:33 whether it is necessary to wash the artificial organ or not.
07:36 So, if there is a part of the real organ in the artificial organ,
07:39 even if the real organ is a little bit present,
07:41 whose washing is obligatory in the organ, and the artificial organ is attached to it,
07:45 then in this case, since the real organ is necessary to be washed,
07:47 then it will be washed, and if the washing is difficult or if washing is very painful,
07:51 then in that case, it will be rubbed.
07:55 Otherwise, if the real organ is not present from the head,
07:57 and the whole organ is artificial,
08:00 in that case, it will neither be washed nor rubbed.
08:03 Then we have received a question that,
08:05 the ablution on the wash basin, is it correct or not?
08:11 See, in actual ablution, the practice is to sit and do ablution.
08:16 It is a practice to sit and do ablution.
08:18 But, nowadays, like we have small houses,
08:21 and there is not enough space in it,
08:23 that when ablution is done sitting,
08:25 people usually make wash basins and do ablution on the wash basin.
08:28 So, in these circumstances, if someone does ablution on the wash basin,
08:34 then ablution on the wash basin was permissible anyway,
08:37 if all the rituals are performed,
08:39 then in these circumstances, the order of ablution will not be given.
08:42 When someone does ablution on the wash basin,
08:44 then he will not say that ablution is obligatory,
08:46 but it is performed.
08:47 We have a caller with us.
08:49 Assalamu Alaikum.
08:50 Assalamu Alaikum.
08:53 Wa Alaikum Assalam wa Rahmatullah.
08:55 Yes, please go ahead.
08:56 Sir, the question is that,
08:58 our fathers do not work and there is a fight in the house,
09:02 what should we do with them?
09:04 Our grandparents have not raised us,
09:06 and mother also asks for divorce, but they do not give.
09:09 So, what should we do?
09:11 What should mother do?
09:12 And how should we treat them?
09:14 Yes, I will tell you.
09:16 Yes, viewers, I was saying that ablution is permissible on the wash basin,
09:23 if you have done ablution on the wash basin while performing the obligatory rites,
09:27 and all the other rituals are kept,
09:29 then ablution is permissible on the wash basin.
09:31 Will there be a command of compulsion?
09:32 I have said that if someone does this out of compulsion,
09:35 then in this situation, no command of compulsion will be given.
09:39 Now, let's come to the next point,
09:41 another issue that we have,
09:43 people ask about it these days,
09:45 the question that we received is that,
09:47 it is an attached bath,
09:49 and in an attached bath,
09:51 ablution can be done or not,
09:53 in an attached bath, ablution is done or not.
09:55 So, if someone does ablution in an attached bath,
09:57 then ablution is done.
09:58 And as we said in the previous program,
10:00 that sometimes people have confusion that
10:02 they think that maybe in the bathroom,
10:04 or when we are bathing,
10:06 then in the condition of bathing,
10:08 ablution is not done properly.
10:10 So, they think that it is necessary to do ablution separately,
10:12 or ablution cannot be done inside.
10:14 So, see, there is no such thing.
10:16 For ablution, it is not a condition that
10:18 you have worn complete clothes.
10:20 Because when we bathe in the bathroom,
10:22 then our bathrooms are covered,
10:24 it is not like the old days.
10:26 They are covered, no one is seeing,
10:28 there is no kind of obscurity.
10:30 So, in this way, in bathing,
10:32 when we do ablution,
10:34 then ablution is also done,
10:36 there is no kind of obscurity in it.
10:38 As far as the matter of reward is concerned,
10:40 as I said earlier,
10:42 reward is obtained in the form
10:44 that the intention of ablution is also done.
10:46 Because the hadith is,
10:48 "The reward of deeds is on the intentions."
10:50 The reward of deeds is based on intentions.
10:52 If your intention is to do ablution,
10:54 then you will get the reward of ablution,
10:56 otherwise you will not get the reward of ablution.
10:58 Dear viewers, a short break is required here.
11:00 We hope you will stay with us.
11:02 Welcome dear viewers.
11:04 As I was saying before the break,
11:06 that ablution is done in an attached state.
11:08 If someone does ablution in an attached state,
11:10 then ablution is done.
11:12 Just be careful while doing ablution in an attached state,
11:14 that in this case,
11:16 Tasmiya, i.e. Bismillah-ur-Rahman-ur-Rahim,
11:18 is not recited loudly,
11:20 or if you want to recite any other prayer,
11:22 or if you want to recite Tashahud,
11:24 then it should not be recited loudly.
11:26 If you want to recite it in the heart,
11:28 then recite it in the heart.
11:30 It can be recited in the heart,
11:32 but reciting Tasmiya or other things
11:34 is a form of bad manners.
11:36 It should not be recited in the bathroom.
11:38 So if you want to recite it in the heart,
11:40 then recite it.
11:42 And since there is no such condition for ablution,
11:44 that Bismillah-ur-Rahman-ur-Rahim should be recited
11:46 or Tashahud should be recited,
11:48 then there is no such condition.
11:50 Without this, ablution is done.
11:52 So if you want to do ablution in an attached state,
11:54 then recite Tasmiya or Tashahud in the heart
11:56 without moving your tongue.
11:58 Then your ablution will be done.
12:00 So this is a relaxation.
12:02 Our Shariah is Shariah-e-Mutahara,
12:04 Shariah-e-Samha, Shariah-e-Sahala,
12:06 and it is an easy Shariah.
12:08 So we have a caller with us
12:10 who will help us in this.
12:12 Assalamu Alaikum.
12:14 Walaikum Assalam.
12:16 Yes, please go ahead.
12:18 Mufti Sahib, I have three questions.
12:20 First, we offer Asr prayer.
12:22 Should we offer it 20 minutes before the sun sets
12:24 or 20 minutes before Maghrib prayer?
12:26 And my second question is
12:28 that when we women
12:30 make hair on our foreheads,
12:32 or when we apply needles,
12:34 when we massage,
12:36 can we massage from above the needles
12:38 or do we have to remove the needles?
12:40 Because we roll our hair.
12:42 And after massaging,
12:44 do we have to bring our hands back
12:46 or how far do we have to bring it back?
12:48 And my third question is
12:50 that when women offer Salat,
12:52 how much should they bend in the Ruku?
12:54 Because for men,
12:56 it is so much that
12:58 a bowl of water can be brought.
13:00 So for women to bend,
13:02 and on QTV,
13:04 and men...
13:06 I will tell you.
13:08 Yes, I was requesting
13:10 that there is a relaxation
13:12 in washing feet.
13:14 And the relief, the relief
13:16 is that like it is winter,
13:18 it is winter season,
13:20 or if someone has any problem
13:22 other than winter season,
13:24 if he cannot wash his feet,
13:26 then in that case,
13:28 the Shariah has given us the permission
13:30 to massage.
13:32 Although it was a command in the Quran
13:34 that washing feet is obligatory,
13:36 but because massaging the feet
13:38 is proven by the Prophet (PBUH)
13:40 and the Hadiths of Mutawatira,
13:42 and the Hadiths of Mashura,
13:44 and the scholars have also agreed upon this.
13:46 It is proven by consensus,
13:48 and there are many Hadiths on this
13:50 that the government itself has also massaged.
13:52 And the government has also given permission
13:54 to massage, and some details of this
13:56 have also been mentioned,
13:58 which are in the authentic Hadiths,
14:00 which are in Sahih Bukhari,
14:02 which are in Sahih Muslim,
14:04 that is, the authentic books of Hadith
14:06 also have those Hadiths
14:08 from which it is proven.
14:10 In fact, Imam Abu Hanifa (RA)
14:12 has said that when the signs
14:14 of the Ahl-e-Sunnah were asked,
14:16 then he mentioned one of the three
14:18 signs in them.
14:20 The third sign is mentioned.
14:22 "Tafdil-ul-Shaykhain"
14:24 means that Sayyiduna Siddique Akbar
14:26 and Sayyiduna Farooq Adam
14:28 are the best among the Ummah.
14:30 That is, among the Ummah of
14:32 the Prophet (PBUH),
14:34 after the Prophet (PBUH)
14:36 Sayyiduna Siddique Akbar is the best,
14:38 then Sayyiduna Farooq Adam,
14:40 and then the other gentlemen.
14:42 So, to know these two best
14:44 is called "Tafdil-ul-Shaykhain".
14:46 So, he said that this is a sign of the Ahl-e-Sunnah.
14:48 "Mohabbat-ul-Kareem"
14:50 means to love two sons-in-law,
14:52 Sayyiduna Usman-e-Ghani (RA)
14:54 and Sayyiduna Maula Ali (RA)
14:56 These two are the
14:58 sihr of the Prophet (PBUH)
15:00 and the princesses
15:02 of the Prophet (PBUH)
15:04 have given them to him
15:06 in their Nikah.
15:08 So, to love these two
15:10 is also a sign of the Ahl-e-Sunnah.
15:12 The third sign is mentioned.
15:14 "Mohabbat-ul-Kareem"
15:16 means to kiss the bananas
15:18 when needed.
15:20 This is also a sign of the Ahl-e-Sunnah.
15:22 So, this can also be done.
15:24 So, what is the detail of
15:26 kissing the bananas?
15:28 What kind of banana should be kissed?
15:30 So, the banana which is kissed
15:32 is either of the skin
15:34 or the whole skin.
15:36 There are three kinds of bananas
15:38 on which this kind of kissing can be done.
15:40 One is called "Mujallat",
15:42 the other is called "Muna'al"
15:44 "Muna'al" means that the whole banana
15:46 should be of the skin.
15:48 The whole part of the banana
15:50 which is covered with the skin
15:52 should be of the skin.
15:54 "Muna'al" means that
15:56 the whole banana should be of the skin
15:58 but the lower part of the banana
16:00 should be covered with the skin.
16:02 So, this is called "Muna'al".
16:04 So, the two kinds of bananas
16:06 which are kissed
16:08 can be kissed.
16:10 The third sign is "Sakheen".
16:12 The skin of the banana is not of the banana
16:14 nor is the banana attached to it.
16:16 But the banana is so thick
16:18 that you can walk
16:20 at least one "Farsakh"
16:22 wearing it.
16:24 "Farsakh" means three miles.
16:26 You can travel at least three miles
16:28 in such a way that it does not burst.
16:30 This is one condition.
16:32 The second condition is that
16:34 if water is poured on it,
16:36 it does not absorb water immediately.
16:38 The third condition is that
16:40 the banana should stand on its own
16:42 without any need of tying anything.
16:44 The banana should stand on its own
16:46 without tying anything
16:48 and should be so thick
16:50 that it can stand on its feet
16:52 due to its thickness and hardness.
16:54 Not because of its height,
16:56 but because of its thickness and hardness.
16:58 So, these three conditions
17:00 can be found in "Sakheen".
17:02 According to Imam Yadav Munifur Rahimullah,
17:04 "Sakheen" is not kissed,
17:06 but according to Sahiben,
17:08 i.e. Imam Yusuf Rahimullah
17:10 and Imam Ahmad Rahimullah,
17:12 it is a fatwa.
17:14 So, such bananas can be kissed
17:16 on those bananas
17:18 which are usually thin
17:20 and in which water is immediately absorbed
17:22 or which cannot be worn
17:24 and can not walk
17:26 at least three miles.
17:28 So, you cannot kiss on them.
17:30 No Imam can kiss on them.
17:32 Only one of these three
17:34 can be kissed on "Mujallad", "Munaal"
17:36 and "Sakheen".
17:38 We have a caller with us.
17:40 Assalamu Alaikum.
17:42 Assalamu Alaikum.
17:44 Assalamu Alaikum.
17:46 Wa Alaikum Assalam wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh.
17:48 Son, please turn off the volume
17:50 of your TV set
17:52 so that we can hear your voice.
17:54 Turn off the volume.
17:56 Assalamu Alaikum.
17:58 People eat bananas in winter
18:00 and they eat bananas
18:02 and they eat bananas
