00:06 Today is Thursday, December 28, 2023.

00:10 In our latest satellite images, we can see that there is almost no cloud in a large part of our country.

00:16 In the light of the northeastern wind, we are still expecting a big chance of rain,

00:22 especially in the northern and central Luzon.

00:27 We are expecting a big chance of rain in Cagayan Valley Region, Aurora and Quezon.

00:33 In the northern and central Luzon, we are still expecting an easterly wind.

00:38 This is the wind from the Pacific Ocean.

00:41 A large part of our country is expected to experience generally fair weather,

00:44 but isolated rain showers and thunderstorms are still possible,

00:48 especially in the eastern region of our country, the Eastern Visayas, Caraga and Davao Region.

00:54 Based on the latest data, we are not seeing any low-pressure areas or typhoons inside or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

01:04 It is possible that by the end of this year, we will have a chance of having a typhoon.

01:11 But we are still expecting isolated rain showers and thunderstorms,

01:16 especially in the Visayas and Minanao Region.

01:20 If we go to Luzon, we will see a big chance of rain,

01:25 especially in the Cagayan Valley Region, Aurora and Quezon,

01:30 which are the northern and central Luzon regions.

01:33 This is a region that is a part of the so-called Type 2 climate.

01:38 In this region, especially in the months of December, January and February,

01:43 there is a big chance of rain.

01:46 This is due to the effect of the Northeast Monsoon.

01:50 They are the first to experience the heavy rains of the Northeast Monsoon,

01:54 which comes from the northeastern region.

02:41 Let's move to Visayas and Mindanao.

02:44 A large part of Visayans can still experience isolated or heavy rains,

02:49 especially in the eastern Visayas, along the eastern list.

02:55 The average temperature in Iloilo is 26 to 31 degrees Celsius.

02:59 In Cebu, it is 25 to 30 degrees Celsius.

03:01 While in Tacloban, it is 25 to 28 degrees Celsius.

03:05 A large part of Mindanao can still experience isolated or heavy rains,

03:09 especially in the Carraga and Davao regions, along the eastern list.

03:22 The average temperature in Zamboanga is 23 to 35 degrees Celsius.

04:32 will be between 24 to 30 degrees Celsius in Baguio,

04:35 16 to 25 degrees Celsius in Legazpi, which is between 24 to 31 degrees Celsius,

04:41 in Metro Cebu, which is between 25 to 31 degrees Celsius,

04:44 while here in Metro Davao, it is between 24 to 33 degrees Celsius.
