00:10 In our latest satellite images, we can see that there is almost no cloud in a large part of our country.
00:16 In the light of the northeastern wind, we are still expecting a big chance of rain,
00:22 especially in the northern and central Luzon.
00:27 We are expecting a big chance of rain in Cagayan Valley Region, Aurora and Quezon.
00:33 In the northern and central Luzon, we are still expecting an easterly wind.
00:38 This is the wind from the Pacific Ocean.
00:41 A large part of our country is expected to experience generally fair weather,
00:44 but isolated rain showers and thunderstorms are still possible,
00:48 especially in the eastern region of our country, the Eastern Visayas, Caraga and Davao Region.
00:54 Based on the latest data, we are not seeing any low-pressure areas or typhoons inside or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
01:04 It is possible that by the end of this year, we will have a chance of having a typhoon.
01:11 But we are still expecting isolated rain showers and thunderstorms,
01:16 especially in the Visayas and Minanao Region.
01:20 If we go to Luzon, we will see a big chance of rain,
01:25 especially in the Cagayan Valley Region, Aurora and Quezon,
01:30 which are the northern and central Luzon regions.
01:33 This is a region that is a part of the so-called Type 2 climate.
01:38 In this region, especially in the months of December, January and February,
01:43 there is a big chance of rain.
01:46 This is due to the effect of the Northeast Monsoon.
01:50 They are the first to experience the heavy rains of the Northeast Monsoon,

04:32 will be between 24 to 30 degrees Celsius in Baguio,
04:35 16 to 25 degrees Celsius in Legazpi, which is between 24 to 31 degrees Celsius,
04:41 in Metro Cebu, which is between 25 to 31 degrees Celsius,
04:44 while here in Metro Davao, it is between 24 to 33 degrees Celsius.
