President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. announces on Dec. 10, 2025 that the passport of former Ako Bico Party-list representative Elizaldy Co has been canceled. Marcos said in Filipino in a video message that should Co be spotted in a particular country, he will be reported to authorities so he could be brought back to the Philippines. About P12 billion in assets of Co -- helicopters, airplanes, bank accounts, and insurance policies, had been ordered frozen. Co and several others have been charged over the corruption linked to the questionable P289.5 million flood control project in Oriental Mindoro.
