Farr gives PH first medal in Thailand SEA Games in mountain bike event

John Derick ‘Jerich’ Farr delivers the first medal of the Philippines at the 33rd Southeast Asian Games on Dec. 10, 2025, seizing a bronze medal at the men’s downhill mountain bike at the Khao Kheow Open Zoo in Chonburi.   Farr timed 2:43.67 to finish third in the 5-man race. Methasit Boonsane of Thailand snared the gold medal with a time of 2:37.85, while Rendy Varera Sanjaya notched the silver with 2:38.71.
